Nice work. However the speakers were not soldered in the correct way/direction. One is for and one against. Mainly because you confused the left and the right which will result in significantly less bass than it’s capable off
Based on your comment I watched again desoldering (of woofers) on teardown and lf you watch resoldering with restored facing down the (-) is on the left side and clearly shown on the driver. That's the way he reconstructed, cheers.
