Helpful tip: Fingernail Polish can be used for repairing a torn speaker cone, just so you know. Spread the knowledge
Almost everything works tbh i tried gluing a piece of cardboard behind the broken cone to re-Inforce the cone and fill the hole and it works, Well as long as you dont mind the looks and the slight sound difference. replacing the entier driver is the best choice if thats the case.
actually the best way to repair a speaker cone (paper specific cones) is paper mache

Hola amigos buen trabajo 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿🇭🇳 pero un pequeño detalle que tengo por qué no pudieron los parlantes normales y que pusieron los cubre polvo mi respecto buen proyecto 🤔🤔
En vez de salida de aire con tubo, se utiliza un parlante pasivo, con lo que se puede lograr el mismo afecto.
A reminder for everyone who wants to repair or build electronics :
If you buy semi conductor online, be sure to buy them from a reputable dealer. If the prices seem too good to be true, it's probably because they're counterfeit ones and won't do the job at all. This also applies to capacitors and class D chip too. Don't be fooled.
Sources: I've made, repaired and even cloned any kind of electronic devices and particularly audio since the late 80's.
ye also the output wires (sway wires) on subwoofer is pretty much straight, if the speaker will wing, then it gonna break the swing cable.
Ye about the Amplifiers, so we have our marketplace at serbia, when i typed TPA3116 or D version
The website showed it for 6-14Euros, (thats pretty low price for 50-200Watt D class Amplifier boards, i suspect those)
So what do i did?
I have got a blown Amplifier (Pioneer SA-7800I) and i pretty much redid the transformer, the safety coatings between the output coils was went to dust, when i touched it, it became dust, so i removed the 70volt coil, (That i failed to replace due to the transformer gap was smaller than i thinked) It has 1 purpose to drive one preamplifier, so i replaced it with a 10VA small transformer, it does its job.
also the other windings was replaced too, except the 220V layer, due it was in nice condition.
The amplifier winding is +25V AC and -25AC so i getting +35VDC and -35VDC.
So instaed of buying amplifier, i built on Perfboard (65x200mm dimensions) a Quasi Complementary AB Class Amplifier, it can do 40-45Watts on 8ohm load 5THD and under/1%Thd the amplifier can do about 25Watt, the amplifier sounds pretty much nice.
Forgot the mention that its stereo, so i did 2 amplifier on one board.
The only problem with the amplifier is the high side output draws more voltage than the low side.
But it was 55Euro to get all components, and make one, instaed of those chinese class D amps that costs almost nothing. (about that i mentioned.)

Interesting work, but I think you do such work for viewing, you have nothing to do with repairs or electronics, the rust on the speaker, you do not clean is a lot of work I understand, but that rust will expand, the box nice you rebuilt another, the nails struck with the gun entered as God gave, they came out crooked, plus the repair of the assembly, you measure anything on the board with the measuring device selected on RESISTANCE, friend you are strong, but honestly you do works of salvation consume materials .. !!
This must be a new Mr Electricity. I used to watch this fro a year or 2 ago. The guy then used to wound wire and when he did take things apart, he cleaned them with a wire brush. I don't know who this is now

такто нечо супер но огрехов много..например кабель питания просунули а дырка большая на калонках по одному динамику сверху обманка ябы добавил вместо обманки ещо по одному динамику плюс дерево тонкае у калонак звука изоляцыю ябы всеравно зделал....а вобщем нечо...добавил бы небольшой сабуфер ему вабщеб цыны небылоб
Это не обманка , а пассивный излучатель .
И сабвуфер есть , динамик просто внутри . Такое исполнение короба называется бандпасс 4го порядка .
