Doing your exercises everyday and have a great feeling. Thanks. Can I do in morning and evening. My shoulders are weak as I'm a senior citizen. Give some work out for senior 70 plus
I'm so glad you're keeping up with these practices, Leena! As long as it feels good and you're not pushing through pain, practicing in the morning and evening will be beneficial. Hi Darcie, Thank you for this new chair sequence. You are a very good teacher and this is so helpful for those of us who can't do much on floor or standing. Do you have a suggestion for someone who is unstable doing that last stretch with both legs out in front?
Hi kira magno. I'm sorry I didn't see your question until today. I would suggest straightening just one leg at a time to come forward instead of straightening both legs. Or you could sit further back in the seat as you stretch both legs forward. Or you could do the movement in front of a table and place your hands on the table for added stability. I hope these suggestions help and again, sorry for the very late reply!

leena munge that’s the idea, Leena. Simply do what movements you can and modify the range of motion of the shoulder exercises so that you can practice them more easily. These shoulder movements are quite demanding and strengthening, so few free to pause at any time you need or make the movements much smaller. Keep it up and thanks very much for practicing along with me!
Yes, often doing exercises and stretches that involve the hips helps the lower back, too. Definitely worth a try! Just be cautious and gentle with the movements and skip anything that makes you feel worse. Let me know how it goes!

I did your exercises today and could do hip exercise but shoulder exercise was not easy as my right shoulder is weak. Anyway thanks.
