I initially joined for the Fuji content, and I especially enjoyed the focus on the older Fujis, but the focus subsequently on photography as art and craft, and landscape photography in particular, has been excellent. I think the formula is great. I always learn something, and see some great scenes.
that's so kind of you - thank you!! 😃
Like photographers, the best youtube creators are the ones that make content they believe in. Do what you do best and we'll be along for the ride.
thanks so much Matt - appreciate it!
Great thoughts Chris! I am at the very beginning of my UA-cam journey and I agree with you that landscape photography should focus in what we're most passionate about.
I think it's good to include some camera and lens reviews alongside the landscape photography as it helps those of us who are trying to improve our abilities. keep it up!
Thanks ☺️
Love it!
Do what you enjoy doing and your audience will grow. You’re a recent find for me so thanks for sharing your time with us.
I’m still getting used to you driving on the “wrong” side of the road but still….
I love your videos and your channel Chris and the contents you cover, please keep them coming!
Thanks, will do! 😊
I came for the landscapes and slow videos, and staying for the same! You do you and what makes you feel good!
Love that - thanks!
Fantastic watching your channel and look forward to the future with you and your channel
really kind of you - thanks!
Love your content - keep doing what you love and we’ll be watching 😊
Very kind - thank you!
I'm just learning about Fujifilm (X100V user) all your videos are fantastic. Don't let the negative Nellie's stop you doing what you love. Thank you for all the time and energy you put into making the videos.
I've always found your Fuji camera talks terrific, as I'm a Fujifilm fan. However, I like all of your presentations along with the heartfelt and enthusiastic way you that deliver them. Great work Chris. Cheers, Sean.
Keep doing what you are doing - variety is the spice of life as they say. You've produced some top content Chris and the slow topics are just as welcome
Really kind of you to say - thank you!!
Landscape is part of what I love, and I appreciate the slowness, it's a refreshing change from the brashness of some other photo channels. And the fact that I use a different camera system from you doesn't mean I can't learn from some of your gear videos, even if the application for me is more general than specific. So I'm still here for the ride!
Truly appreciate the time and effort you put into the channel Chris. I really enjoy your approach to all things landscape, it's a channel like no other.
So so kind of you - thank you!!
@@ChrisOrange No Chris....Thank YOU !
I like the landscape photography but I am happy with whatever you do.
All makes perfect sense to me! Could well be a unique formula you've evolved.
thank you!! 😊
Thanks for this video, I'm not into landscape photography. I follow your channel becasue your videos are always interesting whether they be landscapes or tech. You have a very honest style of presentaion; for those who don't like the sometimes 'slowness' they can skip.
Do what you do, your channel is great.
Go for it Chris, You can do whatever you want. It is important that viewers understand what you're up to with your channel. Well said. Go for it. Cheers from across the big pond.
Landscape! YES! I am a Fujifilm user, but my drift is LANDSCAPE! Just subscribed. Thanks Chris.
Amazing - Thank you!
love what your doing Chris.......
Thanks! ☺️
Great idea to make this video. Enjoyed it too.
cheers Mark - hope all well!
Slow is cool. There's a reason I guess 'slow' telly is one of the most popular genres
Thanks 🙏
Just keep doing what you are doing its great
will do - thanks!
Discussing camera gear in the context of photography is crucial for understanding the craft comprehensively. While some may prefer to focus solely on the artistic elements of photography, it's essential to acknowledge that technical equipment plays a significant role in achieving the specific desired results, all of which contribute to the final photograph's aesthetic appeal.
For a UA-cam channel dedicated to photography, incorporating discussions about equipment serves an educational purpose, helping viewers understand the tools and techniques used to create compelling images. Addressing comments that dismiss gear talk requires emphasizing the symbiotic relationship between technical proficiency and artistic expression in photography. Acknowledging the importance of gear discussions while also prioritizing artistic vision can strike a balance that appeals to a diverse audience seeking both inspiration and practical knowledge. By framing equipment discussions within the broader context of the creative process, i.e. under the umbrella Chris mentions, the channel positively fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation for the artistry of photography while still catering to those interested in the technical aspects, including those just starting their photography journey and seeking both inspiration and knowledge....I certainly like the track you're on Chris...Keep up the good work!
Always an enjoyable watch no matter what Chris ❤
thank you - so kind!
Under my umberrella ella ella
🤣🤣🤣
I don't know what happened with the focus of your camera but it's not quite there to the extent that I could only listen not watch the video. Sorry not trying to be mean...
it was raining and the lens was getting soaked, hence it couldn't focus. After I finished recording there was a HUGE rainstorm and I got soaked 🤪
@@ChrisOrange Well it is the UK after all, just better not be any hosepipe bans this summer...lol 😎😎😎
Views must be slacking off as he's doing videos about Fuji cams again.
Quite the opposite actually ☺️
