I live in Dubai and my dad was doing a business of investing, and since he's about to retire, he started doing simple investments and bought a penthouse near the burj al arab and started giving for rent, and the price was not cheap and not expensive and so dad was doing a descent profit, and when I started getting bored a bit (what type of kid likes standing around staring at your fathers work?) on the weekends once or twice we stayed in Burj al arab but really its not worth the price, its 5000 dhs per night (1600$) and it was luxurious but not worth the price, atlantice is worth 2500 dhs (700$) and that is for a double room! so your children and your wife\husband, can live with space, for single it is 1000 dhs (350$) and inside is a beautiful water park and luxurious swimming pool! Recommend you go to atlantice
