- HOW TO MAKE DOUGH RISE FASTER? WILL IN THIS VIDEO I SHOW HOW MY DOUGH RISE IN JUST 30 MINUTES. THIS IDEA CAME FROM MY HUSBAND, HE SAID THIS IS WHAT HIS GRANDMOTHER USED TO DO WHEN SHE MADE A BREAD AT HOME.
PROCEDURE:
1. TURN ON THE OVEN.
2. WARMING UP THE OVEN, SET THE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 50DEGREES CELSIUS.
3. WHILE WAITING THE OVEN TO WARM UP, START TO MAKING THE DOUGH.
4. WHEN YOU'RE DONE PREPARING YOUR DOUGH.
5. COVER YOUR DOUGH AND CHECK THE OVEN IF ITS ALREADY WARM.
6. PUT IN THE OVEN FOR AN HOUR, DEPENDING ON YOUR DESIRED DURATION.
IN THIS VIDEO, MINE ONLY TOOK 30 MINUTES.
7. DON'T FORGET TO TURN OFF THE OVEN WHEN YOUR DOUGH IS INSIDE THE OVEN. YOU NEED TO TURN OFF THE OVEN
8. LET IT SIT IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 3OMINUTES OR DEPENDING ON YOU IF YOU ARE NOT IN A HURRY.
9. CHECK YOUR DOUGH AFTER 30MINUTES OR SO.

That is a good idea to make dough rise faster. I turn mine on at lowest setting (150), then turn off. Place dough inside oven and let rise. It works!

This is definitely for me! I'm not patient enough to wait for the dough to rise that's why I stopped baking hahaha. I read about this before but didnt try. Now you showing me, I'm motivated to go back to baking hahah Thanks.

The rising time is important because it helps strengthen the protein in the flour. That’s how the taste develops.
1st try ko ng homemade pandesal di nag rise ang dough
then nag search ako dito sa YT, so far
ito yung feel comfortable ako na gawin at ang daling sundin ng instruction kasi very precise

Hello, maybe your yeast is not active? Or maybe you put too hot water or cold water? Or maybe your yeast is old? Do you use dry yeast or instant yeast???

What makes the yeast dead?
Your water is too hot.
too hot and cold water can kill your yeast, if yeast is not stored properly or expire it can kill your yeast too.

Pero ung ginawa kong dough umiba ang amoy.. parang mapapanis na.😬tas parang naluto na sa ibaba. eh hnd naman expired ung mga ginamit ko..y po kaya. .
Baka po sobrang init naman po ng inyong oven maam. Kaya parang naluto? Ilang oras nyo po ba nilagay sa oven? Dapat kung sa tubig pa ay lukewarm lang then off ang oven.

Baka po di tumutubo ang dough na ginawa nyo dapat po tama ang pagmasa ng dough at napatubo ito ng maayos then pag na form na ang tinapay mo ay rest ulit ang dought bread at patubuin before baking.
