I always make sure i have a month's worth of food at least so when i do my monthly shop i have 2 months food. We had plenty at the beginning of the pandemic until the stores reopened.
Good video for last minute prepping. Another hurricane is heading in our direction so this video was a good reminder for those last minute preps, thanks for your hard work in making these videos. You go girl!
Hi! Publix can be a real winner when you combine coupons and the BOGO sales. I don't shop as regularly as I used to now that I work from home but I definitely take advantage BOGOs when I catch them.
Always toss TP into your grocery cart every time you go to the store. Store under beds, in closets, behind furniture, and so many other places. Let’s remember 2020 🫣😵💫😬 We do not want that to happen again. NO panic buying though!!! Please and thank you 😃😃.
I also shopped Publix again this week. My store wasn't busy Friday afternoon. 🤔 The Green Giant & Campbells soups were an awesome deal. I should have got more of both. Also grab the Hormel package deli meat on BOGO. We got the 28oz Peter Pan peanut butter BOGO. We went with the Post cereals that were BOGO last week, but they're still on sale this week. The got the Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough BOGO deal + .75 off coupon. Love their sales! If you use Tidy Cat litter the 20lb is BOGO. That's an incredible deal for those of us with 🐈⬛ !
When I 1st starting prepping I would stock up a different item each month and when I needed something always bought 2 or 3 extra it really filled my pantry fastly
I’m not a hundred percent sure to be honest. I do know that they closed the plant that the outbreak originated from. Stores have pulled the original meats included as well. We pray over our food and keep it moving. We have been eating Boars Head all summer prior to the recall and have had no issues. We typically stick to Turkey, pepperoni and cheese.
Some companies place the non-gmo mark on the label. If you look on the can of beans, it’s located on the front right side of the label. It’s on the front of the Mueller’s box as well. Some companies use barcodes that you can scan to see if it’s gmo or non-gmo. From what I’ve observed it seems to be that companies clearly mark non-gmo items vs. gmo items. I personally have found that you have to read the ingredient label or scan code for info.
If it’s GMO I fell like they make you do some digging vs clearly marking it non-gmo. I hope that makes sense lol. I’m tired. If it doesn’t make sense let me know and I’ll revisit and try to explain better. 🤣
Winn Dixie started having more BOGOs than actual sales over the past year, and you don't know how much you're actually saving. They'll have 3 or 4 items pictured and say "save up to $X.xx on 2".But not all of the items cost $X.xx. Maybe only one, and the others cost less. And I'm not sure if you can still only buy one and get it half off. I need to ask. Lately, I've just been buying meat when they have a good sale or BOGOs.

Thank you.
For doing a haul with normal everyday food that you buy

The Boars Head lunch meat recall is over? I still wouldn’t trust it

Be careful boars head had a recall
what's the point of stockpiling? you may need to leave. broth cubes... water filters...
How do you know what’s gmo?
