- Tap in with us for a 25 minute workout that will get you motivated to move with our favorite workout partner. If you don't have a workout partner, you can choose Juice or Toya as a partner with this interactive routine! This workout is split into 3 "challenges" that are fun and competitive for you and your partner to beat together. Each routine will combine strength & HIIT exercises that require no equipment, but you're more than welcome to add some weights to the mix! This workout also has a few modifications for exercises that are more advanced. We can't wait to see you crush this workout, so be sure to tag us on IG & Tick Tok!

You know what I would love from you guys? Because I have been mixing your videos with strength interval training as well? A series of warm up videos that are longer; like a 20 minute morning stretch, a 20 minute upper body warm up, a 20 minute lower body. I feel like I really need to do better warm ups before all of my workouts and I want to get more familiar with what my warm-ups are actually warming up

Haven’t done this workout yet but I LOVE the creativity and interactiveness of it! I will borrow the idea and some of the moves to create community in my classes with seniors! Not to mention the plus of simply MOVING! 😜

Sucks to be alone....
Well I can't exercise because Well I'm at work helping mom delivering groceries that, and I also don't have a partner.
I understand nothing when they do workout separatly !😢
Heres a tip:For the 1st part just follow Toya.. then when it switches do the hold position. For the 2nd and 3rd part you could follow either cause they repeating the same moves just minus the "challenging each other part". 🙂
First time doing this, did it with my favorite person. It was so much fun !😂❤ 🏋🏻♀️
Haha at the 1st challenge I was like "Ok, nice one, more for the not-so-intense days..."
...and then the 2nd + 3rd came on & 1st seemed more like a prolongued workout 😄
Really, this was great FUN & motivating with these challenges, even as a solo workout! So at the 1st I just followed along with both Juice + Toya, 2nd was 50 sec intervals for me, and 3rd simply (🤣) a regular 5min AMRAP.
Don't know yet what I'm gonna pick for tomorrow's workout, but I can tell you already it's not gonna be leg strength! 😂🦿😆
