Looks like an amazing tour, the lagoon was beauiful. I love Koh Samui, my second home. The food looked awesome and so delicious! Great drone shots. Should have went with the dingy. I did not see any other boats a truly a secret adventure. I will have to check it out. Can not wait to be back soon. Miss it so much!

We've done another Ang Thong tour before with a different company (bigger boat, more touristy) and it wasn't quite as enjoyable. This really is the best tour.
We went on this tour in July for my birthday. Was great, the host was the same guy and really chilled. This is the third type of day tour we’ve been on of this type and the food was definitely one of the best. Our tour was probably a little busier so seating choices were limited as we arrived last to the boat. The only thing is just to be aware it’s on a pier on the west side of the island so if you’re staying north east or chawing way it’s a bit of a slog to get there. Great video and great day

The guide was so kind and funny, the boat beautiful and comfortable, the trip was so relaxing, the snorkel extraordinary, the food! Omg that lady cooked the food on boat. yeh1 day out of 365. i sas in ko samui for 1 month in january and i saw 10h the sun , 1 day a calm beach and the whole time it was cloudy and windy and rainy.

We’re so glad to hear that! We stayed at Peace Resort and loved it - quiet, beautiful rooms, nice beach and walking distance to the fisherman’s wharf market. You can also look at hotels along Maenam, Bang Por if you want something more quiet 😊

Thanks! It’s actually our own motorbike that we bought in Chiang Mai years ago. We’re not sure if you can rent it on the island. We haven’t seen many around.
@@FloraandNote apparently the national park is completely closed from end of October till November and we booked in advance on get your guide. I think they do it so the nature can get some time to rest from the crowds. It’s a good thing but still annoying for us as we were super excited 🤣

Amazing! Hope you'll have a gorgeous day when you go. We're not sure about scooter rentals as we've never rented ourselves. Maybe ask the hotel you're staying at and they can arrange for you.. usually it's between 150-300 Baht per day
I've been in Koh Samui for 2 months now and I'm still amazed at how much stuff there is still to do and see. ....and here I thought 3 months would be enough to see everything in Thailand. 😅

It’s so confusing because parts of The Beach was also filmed in two different lagoons in Thailand 🤔
The main scene is part of the Philippines an Island in Coron, the Lagoon is in the middle of an Island...

It’s in Lipa Noi but it seemed like a private pier, not the main pier.
