Lyrics:
Uraliin, taakse sen,
juoksee vanjat kuuluu vinha läiske tossujen.
Miksi niin, Englantiin
uskoin, Stalin huokaa hiuksiansa repien:
"Miksi Suomi kuunnellut ei Tiltua¹ ja Äikiää²,
vaikka juttu oli soopaa sekä tarpeeks' räikiä?"
Uraliin, Uraliin
nyt on kimpussa jo itse Suomikin.
Auttakaa, Iivanaa
Suomen hirmut pian sotkee koko kaalimaan
Eipä vaan, auttavan
näy vaikka jenkit tarjoo myötätuntoaan.
Sillä japsit pistää länteen asti minkä ennättää,
Saksa liittolaisten tonnistoja ilmaan lennättää.
Uraliin, siin on työ
vanjat juoksee, että tossut tulta lyö!
English Lyrics:
To the Urals, behind it,
are Russians running, the agile splash of their shoes is being heard.
Why did I believe in England,
Stalin sighs while tearing his hair out
“Why didn’t Finland listen to Tiitu¹ and Äikiä²,
even though the stuff was nonsense and also blatant enough.
To the Urals, to the Urals,
Now even Finland is getting there.
Someone help the Ivans,
The frightening Finns are going to mess up the whole cabbage land.
But it doesn’t seem to help
even though the Yankees are offering their sympathies.
Because the Japs are striking westwards as quickly as they can,
And Germany is blowing up Allied tonnages,
To the Urals, that’s the job
Russians run as if there was fire under their boots!
What a great photo.
True that
That accordion sounds absolutely wonderful!

@@zinodavidoff5665 definitely not. They are completely slavic.

We love you finnish, incredible hot regards from Poland !!!!!
Finns also love polish people! You are pretty much held as the last bastion of the defenders of european values.
I love how all my countries songs just roast the hell out of the russians
example : "Juoksee vanjat kuuluu vinha läiske tossujen = The Russians run, the fast splashing of their shoes can be heard" , "Auttakaa Iivanaa = Someone help Ivan" ,
"Vanjat juoksee että tossut tulta lyö = The Russians are running as if they had fire under their feet"
- random finnish guy
as an estonian i have also heard lots of songs roasting russians for example "meie maast ida pool", in english its name is "east from our land"
The history is going circle, I am just realised It's not simple words, it's true, hi brothers in arms from Ukraine.
@@verdox0 politruk also
which is just a song about skinning politruks and sending their skin to stalin himself
They literally run the second they hear gun fire
As a Fin, I can agree with this.
Not a Winter War song, but from the Continuation War, which is obvious from the lyrics and basic historical knowledge
Honestly, it doesn't matter to a Finn whether the song is about class war, winter war, continuation war, Korean war, Vietnam war or Ukrainian war, only the words change, the tune stays the same. Slava Ukraine

@@user-xr4wu4rp2r maybe in wet soviet dreams. All Russia can have is Grozny, if Chechens are calm.
@@forgott_8182 Grozny, Ukraine, Finland, is a product of the Soviet era. A gift to us, Russians, from Lenin, Stalin and other non-Russian scum. You may not know, but Lenin was a Jew. The origin of Stalin is still not exactly known. And now Russia has the potential to destroy Ukraine almost instantly. But, the bridges across the Dnieper are intact, the power plants are working, the railway is functioning without problems, the tunnels through the Carpathian Mountains through which all NATO weapons go to Ukraine are not touched by anyone. How is this possible? Everything is very simple. The Jew Putin and his entourage consisting of only ethnic Jews do not need a victory over Ukraine and its occupation. They want to force Ukraine to become a convenient territory for exporting Russian resources to the West. Initially, Putin wanted to put his puppet, the Jew Medvedchuk, in the place of the Jew Zelensky. The march on Kiev was to be supported by a military coup in Kiev itself. But, Putin was deceived. And this idiocy began, which we are witnessing now. You ask: "But where are the Ukrainians and Russians? Why are there only Jews in this story?" On the territory of the former Russian Empire, since 1917, only Jews have been in power and they share resources here. I congratulate you on this discovery.
Näin sitä oltiin vielä 1942 menossa Uraliin asti. Vuonna 1943 loppu propagandalaulut sitte.
Are those hecking PPSH’s?!?
Probabaly the finnish version, The Suomi KP/-31
@@arthurhebertthomsen2796 I think you are right :)
@@arthurhebertthomsen2796 It's definitely not the Suomi KP. The Suomi has a longer barrel and there's a slot for the drum magazine (not just a hole at the bottom). In the photo in this video you can also see the bolt handle on the side of the gun but on a Suomi the charging handle is at the back. I think it's the Soviet PPD-34.
It's the first Soviet Suomi knock-off, PPD-40

Why do people get so much anger? Yes, the USSR was at war with Finland, but we should also not forget that for a long time we were one country. I don't really understand people who laugh at the deaths of soldiers and both fought for their country, so why don't they treat each other more respectfully? Once again I am convinced that nations must be completely destroyed, otherwise everyone has an image of the "great and best of the best" peoples in their heads.
Absolutely true!
Because the USSR was an authoritarian nightmare. I don't think you'd be complaining about a soviet song attacking the Germans after all. Also, Finland was taken over by the Sweeds, and then the Russians. And the Netherlands was once ruled by the Spanish. That doesn't exactly mean that the Netherlands should become a part of Spain again for example.
"... for a long time we were one country." Not really. Finland was part of Sweden ca. 1300 - 1809. So some 500 years. Sweden ceded its eastern part i.e. Finland to Russia in 1809. But Finland never became part of Russia since the Russian Czar made Finland an autonomous Duchy with its own laws, own currency etc. That was a prosperous time for Finland until 1899 when the Czar Nicholas II was foolish enough to start Finland's russification. That led ultimately to the 1918 Freedom War and the independent Finland.
