Several ACX missions can be failed due to reasons other than dying or reaching the time limit. This video shows all of these posibilities.
Also, I decided to put ACX's ending at the end of the vid. So much failure in a single video needed some big success :P

Interesting video. I knew about most of them myself, but I was frankly unaware of the most interesting of them all, the 7B cutscene. Also interesting, if not surprising, to see the ALC train does not actually explode - or at least, the preceding explosions are horribly mistimed.
Two missing ones, however - 12A (Victor Regiment destroyed), and a random timeout as an example. Good job though.
The people in the the ALC Died because they run to the factory and died in the explosion

I’ve played through this game so many times since 2009 and I never saw that cutscene. Haven’t touched it in a few years since my PSP stopped working.

You should do one for 4 (IE, you miss the missile in Megalith, the cruise missiles toast the ground forces, the Spirits bomb Comona base, etc) and 5 (you disobey the order not to toast the Blackbird or Drone ship, the Nighthawks bomb the stadium, Mother Goose 1 gets it, the SOLG crushes Oured, etc), methinks!
Yeah, I'd love to do a vid like this of 04, 5, etc, but I can't record TV. I actually did purposefully fail 5's missions just to see what happened, which made me want to do this vid.

For a PSP, alot of many failed condition
From destroyed, target didn't required, let target escapee, The strictness of Time Limit! Detected and Allied destroyed
You would have to be really incompetent if you managed to fail most of these

Very true, they give you so much time to complete these objectives.
Most of the times i fail was when either during ace difficulty where one missile is literally instant kill, and the fuck ups when pulling up too close to a land lol
This objectives are so easy and they give you so much time to complete them, someone would have to be really incompetent to not fail at these on purpose.

Getting shot down is undestandable,it can happen alot(Especially on Ace), but falling on the mission's objective seens almost Impossible even for an amateur or rookie.

You forgot to do one more failed ending for mission 5 which I personally got by accident I think. I ran out of time when it happened. The helicopter squadron that was to pick up the davis unit at the end of the time. I think they were in a formation of 6 and were escorted by aurelian F-16s. Crux said like "the helicopter unit is here" and one of them said like "we're here gryphus squadron, we are going to take over your role now" or something like that

That's the mission accomplished ending for 5B, Pinned Down, where you had to defend the Davis unit until the allied helicopter unit comes to evacuate them

Yes, but it's just the defense perimeter being destroyed. I thought that it would be the city being destroyed, but no. Kinda misleading that the allies say that Griswall's being destroyed.

What happens if the last Fenrir scapes?
The Fenrir won't actually leave; I tried to slow down as much as I could, and it kept doing circles within the fortress. Also, the door right behind it doesn't open until it's shot down, so there's no Megalith-esque failure possible. Maybe by turning around it will leave, but I honestly don't think so.

TheKillerChop Actually, i tried this on PPSSPP, and IIRC it can fail if Fenrir escapes Archelon if you chase it down the launch shaft, or if you escape Archelon without destroying TGT Fenrir.
