In the 18 years since this video has come out, they have remade Resident Evil: 4 and it has sold better than Kingdom Hearts 3. This video has remained relevant for 18 years. How many other rappers - nay, artists in general - have made anything that has stayed relevant for so long? KH4 is going to suck and RE9 is going to *dominate*.
i don't mind it at all, its all about who has patience and whatnot. the only thing i give him credit for was when he mentioned how he likes the old school disney cartoons from toon disney like ducktales (though he didn't mention Talespin)
Listen closely and you can hear the audience laughing, and quite often. The problem was, nobody set up proper mics in their direction, so bad acoustics makes it initially sound like nobody cares about his jokes.
@dumuh here's a question for you, have you ever actually taken time to think about the storylines of Kingdom Hearts? Delving into the concepts of Darkness and Light give it an immediate depth, while actually giving exploration take it even deeper.
I think they might've just recorded the direct mic input, meaning that you can only hear him (because the crowd doesn't have the microphone). Which is probably good, because if you could hear the crowd it would almost certainly be a lot harder to hear him, and that's what we're here for :>

The Kingdom Hearts series was the first series I ever really got into... and I still find this funny as hell. I always say that if you can't make fun of your fandom, you can't call yourself a fan. I thought that at first, but I'm thinking they just had the audience mixed in low. You could hear them cheer at one point, but it was very faint, like the loudest sounds were meant to be low.
I had issues with the cut scenes in RE4 because every time i set down the controller to take a bite of apple sauce, I wined up missing the button mash entirely, and dieing.
I did that once too. I had Resident Evil 2, died on like the first level and gave up. Then when I got Resident Evil 4, I played it, beat it, had fun and I didn't even know what happened in 1,2, or 3.
Haha I started playing Kingdom Hearts 2 because my friend is like 'you gotta play this game!' I just finally got through the Roxis stuff, without the backstory or exposition as you put it, and I kept thinking about this rant. Haha

@AlexJensen You can't really hear the crowd too well in the recording. Even when they clap and cheer, you can't hear it very well. Maybe they were laughing.
they just don't have a microphone for the audience, that's all, you can hear them once or twice, if you can hear the audience over the comedians mic, they are in an uproar.

It's too bad the audience wasn't recorded well. Reactions are a major part of standup. MC Chris is quite good at standup too. You'll usually get a fair amount of it between songs if you go to one of his concerts. He's one awesome dude.
