    My kids have a pretty good self control with treats, but they do get nervous that other members of the house will eat it before they get their fill, and that can lead to overeating in the moment. Do you have advice on that? It doesn’t help that one member of our household has some food trauma and will often eat other people’s food even with someone else’s name on it.

      Yes I will do my absolute best to keep their stash just for them. If another person needs additional things to feel safe and not restricted, I will do my best to provide that for that person
