If you’re talking about the wiring for the valved system, I did not wire it up. I simply plugged in the pieces where they needed to be plugged into and then zip tied and duct taped it to the bottom of the car. I had 0 idea where to wire it. Plus, with only the catback it is pretty quiet unless you’re getting on it so being able to make it quieter was pointless for me
Hey man, I think you’re car is really dope, I have a 2013 mk6 gti that’s pretty stock, and I’m wondering if you can give me a parts list of what you got on your gti
I too have a mk6 with the IE stg 2 crackle tune all you would really need to run this same tune is a downpipe and either the upgraded clutch or dsg tune ( IE also offers this) but here’s my list of parts that make my setup pretty enjoyable to drive Arm highflow catted downpipe 2.5 cat back exhaust Apr carbon fiber intake Both IE ECU and DSG tunes H&R lowering springs Rear sway bar
My valves are actually stuck open. I didn't hook the wires up when I installed it and I think rain/snow might have broke it lol. Even with valves wide open on the highway there's not too much drone tbh
Installing my downpipe tmrw excited to see how loud it gets. This Xforce Catback is pretty quiet with stock downpipe
yeah i just installed my 3 inch catless, im fully straight piped now lol.

Can you make a video showing the wiring for the catback

How much did the mods in this video cost you in total?
would be a few thousand
Xforce catback is $900. Catless downpipe would be 200-400. IE intake $350 and both ie tunes would be $500 each.

did you have the dsg tune as well? I am ie stage 1 but i want the pops. Do i need to get the dsg tune for stage 2 to run pops? or does it not matter??
dont matter im stage 2 only ecu tune with burbles
Can cops or undercover find a way to pull you over for the sound of the car??
how loud is the car on the highway with the valve closed? is it still comfortable?
