Growing PEACE at Crown Point Ecology Center

On the third day of Christmas, the Dominican Sisters of Peace showed to me faithful stewardship and sustainability in farming. More than a living model of compassionate food security and sustainable land use, Crown Point Ecology Center provides more than 32,000+ servings of vegetables to local food pantries and preaches responsible environmental management through hands-on programs that integrate Community, Justice, Spirituality and Sustainability
