But IRCC facilitates this themselves, no? It's like they are setting people up to "get caught". It's the same with PGWPs; why do they exist as a pathway to PR if study permits are meant to be temporary in the first place?
My friends I met from there, and this is not resourceful validated, but many of them told me Canadian government wanted to go blind on ilegal workers to fulfill cheap labor force with people who could be expendables, this applied to Latin American and Mexican workers mostly, because of the hard working culture at minimum incomes
I don't get it. Isn't the purpose of being a Digital Nomad that "maybe" a job in tech could be found? Are you saying this is a trap or something?

Even Canadian government was supposed to launch a policy on the beginning of 2024 to give better conditions to employers to hire digital nomads and make thing easier for them as well due the increased effective arrival of this as visa visitors… was in the government site but never saw nothing anymore of this…
