I am also the only employee at our email Marketing company. We make $100K on average yearly. I have a business card with my name on it, we file taxes with IRS, we have a certificate of good standing....my brother is a US citizen but l am not... I work remotely from Serbia and Panama for the past 2 years...can l leverage my remote work at my family owned US business to apply for this nomad visa? Is there anything similar in the States?

From México we don't need visitor visa but it seems there is no benefit of any kind for school, it seems I must pay like $13,000k for elementary school as international student and get a student visa for my kids prior to flying to canada as a digital nomad on a visitor visa.
There is no "digital nomad visa" actually and paying that ammount for school is a big disappointment, any work visa would get you free school for kids.

Although it may not matter much during your visa stage as you’ll just have to enter as a visitor, you’ll definitely need it while applying for jobs.

This does not work on a student visa. You would have to get a visitor visa or a work permit.
Hello mate, I also observing this program for a few months, it seems still not open yet isn't it? the link just provides several questions and all answers show that I need to apply for an ETA, not a digital nomad visa. After answering all questions with different options, the apply button still does not occur. I am still confused if the program has already started?
