You can't transfer money to your daughter's account, you have to pay money from your bank account to the seller's account to avail the deduction
Sir if I sell my plot and the purchaser make the payment from his account as well some loan (payment to my account directly from bank)
BUT purchaser registered the plot in his wife's name
Is it OK or I object it
Any obligation from taxation point for me
No issue but take affidavit that he made the payment on her wife behalf to avoid litigation
