Hello, at 11.45 of your vedio you said stamp value or FMV whichever is lower must be considered as cost. Please ask your team to read the explanation to section 55, they have defined what is stamp duty value. The FMV if higher than stamp duty value, then FMV is eligible for cost and not the cost. I am sure they have done their present interpretation from the articles in the newspaper on this topic...

If you sold such property Then the sale consideration you get (-) indexation with the CII base of 2001 i.e. 100 with CII of property selling year the amount comes up will be said LTCG then on that amount tax will be applicable us 112 @ 20%
