    Sir, sale proceeds i.e. 2 cr ka house purchase karna hoga not only of capital gain i.e. 1 cr
    Agar only 1 cr. Ka Ghar purchase Kiya to pro rata basis pe 50 lacs pe tax lagega 10 lacs

      Wrong in case of house sold no pro rata
      Only in case of land or commercial property rata applicable

    What happens if I take loan against property for medical expense and than in 6 months end up selling property to pay off loans..
    In reality I don’t have whole amount because I have spent it for medical treatment.

    I hv sold my residential land and purchased a flat for value more than sale proceeds of land sold. Whereas I hv paid entire amount from my own sources but I have added name of my son as I am quite old. What will be the capital gain exemption. Shall it be half or full?

    Q.2. Can 10cr benefit be taken separately by husband and wife? What if Joint property husband,wife?
    How many house can be taken by jointly or separately by husband and wife?
    Q3.Which is beneficial for LTCG JOINT HOUSE PROPERTY OR SOLO INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY BY HUSBAND OR WIFE?
    KINDLY REPLY or make a separate video.What if you r want to save LTCG multiple times or you r property dealer.

    There was 15 L LTCG tax from plat sale and 20 L from sale of MF of sale value was 36 L in financial year 23-24. I have booked a flat in April 2024 and paid 20 L as first installment, second installment will go in oct 2024 .....is it mandatory to open CG acount

    Joint property hai, residential place hai.aur ek party sale karna chahti hai tho usko kaise bech sakte hai..aur fir tax save kaisey karenge .

    Sir, I am a pensioner & received arrears of pensionin fy 23- 24 . Similarly I f& 0 loss of 7 k & short term capital gain. My question is that 1) which ITR I should file?
    2) I am trying to file ITR 3 , I have adopted old regime but while filing form 10 E under ITR3, calculation of tax under section 89(i) as per new tax regime . My total income including arrears is Rs. 570000.Hence relief under section 88(i) is not coming. In this situation what can i do?
    3) Can I ITR 2 in under form 10 e can be filed as person having no f & o income. Under this form10 e is allowing to calculate taxes under old regime. so Which is ITR for ITR 3 OR ITR 2 . Should I file? Pl guide sir.
