It has held up beautifully and I use it regularly. As for the videos I’ve been doing different things and away a lot. The inflatable however isn’t really suited to shark and crocodile country but it’s great for bass Murray cod and yellowbelly or estuary fishing.
@@OneInterestedPerson they are a great yak very stable. My one complaint would be that it does take a little bit longer to setup than a hard shell. Mind you im running a battery and trolling motor aswell
G’Day Adam,do you know where I can get a 12v air pump to suit the predator. I pumped mine up the other day and it destroyed me. I am 68 and need pump to assist me!
BCF, Anaconda, Kings and online stores all have them available. I’ve been looking at them myself and If you’re not sure take your pump hose with you to check the fitting.
@@anthonylomas9182 personal preference I use it because it’s what I have. I think they are all pretty good. I have mates that use the 18lbs and get the same results. The difference is obviously speed and power consumption.
I purchased the same setup but with the 44 lb watersnake. Found the 44 was a tad heavy so purchased a 34 with a 60 ah battery. Works extremely well and runs for about 2.5 hours
@@anthonylomas9182 I have a 120AH lithium i use for the motor normally. The 24ah battery pack lasted the whole session without a issue. Having more power is always a good idea
Great set up now with the electric trolling motor. Hope you do many more videos using this kayak. Very serious to buying one myself .
Cheers Don.
It’s surprisingly great. Easy to use and transport. Worth every cent
Looking like another fun day.👍👍👍👍
The day was all about trying out the electric and a bit of ground work finding some spots. I might run the kayak sail on it and see how it goes
@@AdamKilpatrick you look like you have very hard job......
You know it mate,
Thanks
What size motor is that mate? That kayak is a beast.
54lbs thrust water snake. But even a smaller one would push it no problems.
Curious to how you are going with the kayak 6 months later? I notice no more videos. Has it held up and have you hit the salt yet??

@@AdamKilpatrick appreciate the insight. I just bought one but haven't had it out yet. Im pumped! Keep up the great work
@@KingOfBustUpshow did it go? Been looking at these a while myself.

@@AdamKilpatrick the thuarlie from bcf fits perfectly but I bet I spelt it wrong.
@@iankilleen7219 I haven’t tested any of them yet so I can’t say for sure how they are, but it’s got to be a win over pumping by hand
@@AdamKilpatrick I bought one,it works great!
Can you use the motor while sitting down?
I do. I use the paddle to steer
Hi where you bought your battery pack and motor?
Battery pack is from KINGS and the motor is a 34lb thrust water snake
Do you recommend the 34 or would you pay extra $50 for the 44 lb thrust motor.

Thanks mate! Would you go bigger, or is that plenty?
@@peanut996 a bigger one would push you faster but it works great for trawling or travel. Variable speed makes it pretty versatile
A bigger motor requires a bigger battery, hence more weight
What size battery r u running
That day I was using a kings 24ah battery pack
How long did that battery last? Do you think you will need to upgrade to a 50 or 100 amp/h in the future
