Your not the only person that has said what you did about negative comments and on one UA-cam channel he said; It's my farm, I'll do what I want. Anyways, enjoyed watching you take out the fence and the work you did. I hope you have a nice weekend.

To the tree huggers...Pulling out cedar trees are no big loss. Another bird will sit on the new fence and deposit another seed and in 5 years you'll have the same tree. Nice work pulling out that thistle, Cole. 👍 Tell your mom her hollyhocks are as pretty as always. 🌺🌺🌺

Cole, the 10, or so, seconds the sounds of your day at the beginning of your videos lately are very nice... It makes me feel like I'm there, I'm helping or doing the work myself. Thank you for sharing your lives w/ us and let Brain, Tammy, your lovely wife, and (of course) the kettles know that you all (and the ranchers and farmers across the country) are in our thoughts.

Cole, we love your videos.!❤. We have learned so much about farming (aka framing) from watching. You’ve taught us about raising cattle, as well as growing crops. So much of your show is brand new to us. We had no idea how much maintenance goes into the equipment. You have more drive and determination than any two people. Your dad is going to want to leave town more often because you get so much done when he’s away.
Don’t worry about losing scrub brush. It’s fun to see you use the equipment to accomplish removing the fence. The roller that you invented and made is works well.
Love your corny jokes. Love to see you laughing and having fun. Look forward to the song of the day. Hadn’t imagined that farmers listen to radio all day in the tractors 🚜. We’re praying 🙏 that you receive the weather you most need.

Don't believe I ever hugged a tree in my life, but I was a forestry grad student, so I tend to lean in favor of trees. Still, I have to wonder how many of those trees are there ONLY because a random bird sat on a pre-existing fence and deposited some seeds below.

Hey Cole, negative comments put as much $ in your pocket as positive ones. So, let the tree huggers comment to their hearts’ content!😂 In the south, we like oaks and other hardwoods (the bigger, the better) and the pine trees, well, we take ‘em or leave ‘em (their roots don’t run deep, so they are quick to uproot during high winds). Living at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, we seldom lack neither hills, mountains nor trees. We are thankful for those trees that are beautiful to look at, keep some of us warm during our cold winter nights and keep us cool during our hot summers. So, Cole, keep farming like you and Brian want. Some will keep hating anything that isn’t their own idea (and sometimes even if it is their idea). And, some of us will keep on swinging, while contemplating how to achieve world peace (or what we will cook for dinner). 😊

I didn’t interview today, Cole, when you were taking out the fence in between the trees. You had no choice but to take out some of those trees!! Some of those different types of trees are really jump trees anyway such as cedar in my opinion, and I really a pre-because they will spread like wildfire and steal the rooted soil for other types of trees!! I really appreciated you taking the time to pick up the tea post and all that wire to protect the cattle. You’re a hard worker. Cole , I don’t know why I haven’t been getting your videos, but I found a bunch of videos I haven’t seen so, I am going to spend extra time getting caught up and just watch for your videos every day from now on and if I don’t see them on today’s menu, I’m going to just have to do a search and type it in for Sonne farms. Cole, you, your dad & your uncle work tirelessly making the best decisions for your land, crops, cattle and your families future. So many people on the internet have knee jerk reactions (“you’re cutting down trees! Save The Trees!”) and think everyone needs to hear every single one of their opinions all the time. It gets very tiresome. You’re giving us (the Peanut Gallery) the chance to see and learn about a lifestyle most have no contact with, aside from going to a farmer’s market or the animal barn at the State Fair. I like the respect and humor you show in all your videos. And you speak the truth that while there are many really tasty vegetarian dishes, adding cheese and/or beef can greatly enhance a dish, lol!

Opinions and butt holes are the same thing- everybody has one. What people do on their own ground is none of my business nor theirs about mine. I'm sure if they were building a house and tress needed to be taken down they wouldn't think twice. Neighbor guy that rents the farm next to me asked about trimming trees back along the property line. Like I cared but did ask for the wood since I burn it for heat. Life doesn't have to be difficult but it seems like people go out of their way to do just that. Nice job and you cattle will appreciate it

The Juniper trees out here in the west are pulled out in areas where water is a scarce issue. The junipers use up the moisture on land that's used for growing crops and in fields where cattle graze. You might want to talk to the local AG folks about the removal of all the Juniper trees so your ground has better moisture and there will be more ground water for other more important uses besides growing wind blocks.

Cole I didn't mind you pulling the trees out, I thought it was pretty cool watching you lift the payloader off the ground. I didn't have a glass of water, I had a beer. And it wasn't a Bud light! Thanks for the video.

Once again a very creative video Cole. If you ever wanted to stop farming I'm sure you could get into being a videographer. Understand having to take out the trees. Cows browsing in there getting into the wire very dangerous. Cows are the ranches livelihood. Your sure keeping yourself busy with your Mom n Dad on vacation. 😊

As long as the cattle have adequate shade, for sure get rid of those junk cedar trees. 💯 They are no good, just trouble! 😊
