Let me know if you find detailed movement explanations helpful or if you prefer quick tips with less explanation.
I am one of those who prefers detailed explanations. I like to know how and why's.
Great to hear Thanks.
Both quick and detailed. Thank you!
@Sasbie65 Glad you think so. Thanks.
How you introduced this may be the whole enchilada: first section being the quick tip, and follow on to end for the more expanded explanation with additional tips to suit various needs 🎉
Great advice. Thank you. I will practice this.
Glad you liked it. Thanks
The breakdown is VERY helpful. The more we know…! Thank you
My pleasure.
Great to see you growing in youtube subs. Thanks for the tutorial.
My pleasure. My How to Walk in a Circle video went kind of viral, expanding my subscribers very quickly. Go figure. I didn’t see that coming.
My recollection is that Pres. Reagan's Surgeon General said many thought that the elderly often fell and broke their hips when they actually broke their hips - and he gave the example of trying to get out of a low, deep, soft chair - and THEN fell.
Although I was much younger then, I've tried to stay off of chairs or sofas that would be difficult to stand up from.
People who are frail and elderly fall in many different situations. I am sure this is one of them.
Good word to the wise, good advice, I'm 68 thank you
@@7hilladelphia My pleasure.
Thank you, Dr. Martin for such stellar content ✌🏼
You’re very welcome
I can follow / listen to your demos. However, would appreciate your inviting us to actually practice along with u in small movement bites till get the coordination.
Lovely/informative vlog!!!🌱
Thanks
I suppose doing it right in sets of 10 a couple times a day could improve things a lot over time: mini chair yoga without all the hoopla of those chair yoga apps. Top stuff 🏆
Sets of 10 with mindfulness would be very good for this type of exercise.
Informative video
Thanks.

Can you please do one on how to walk up stairs properly.
I have multiple on the subject. Just search the topic and my name and you will see them.
Pity the guys and gals with overgrown belly fat. Your hip rotation style shown in your details part can really help them.
Thanks
When walking, the shoulder swings up and down
The shoulders shouldn’t go up and down. Do you mean like shrugging your shoulders?
