What if we dont really have any join documents other than the join taxes , our old lease agreement, and a joined back account. Should we put one of the Bills at my parents house with both our names? Do we need more documents than what we already have? . we truly love each other, but because of our financial situation we haven't been able to apply for a spouse visa, or even get informed with a lawyer about what the process would be like. Hello can I say that we have a joint savings account but strictly only for savings for future business goals ?
Hi, my wife and I filed our I-130 with the USCIS office in London UK on March 12th. She is currently living in the UK with me and we're hoping to get an interview come November, we will be married for 2 years at that point. I would just like to know, if our interview is after November this year, will our Green card, if I am accepted , be permanent as it had been 2 years since our marriage?
Can I get greencard through marriage without having F1 status?
How do you get joint documents when both of you live in a different country? Applying to the U.S but she can't legally come in yet. If I am a us citizen?
So what about if you are not in the USA and you are going for an interview at an Embassy
👍🏻
Please I did my marriage Ceremony in Africa Ghana and now live in Germany but I never presented my marriage certificate in Germany, my Question is does it enough or I should present the certificate to the German lawyer or what please?
Hi,
Can I get a translator for my green card interview?
If you lose naturalized certificate and passport. What do you do?
Can I bring videos as evidence ????
If we cannot find appointment letter will a copy be acceptable?

Thank you!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you for watching!!
My family is been waiting for my husband immigration visa for over two years and we are still waiting for an interview appointment, if he crossed the broaders in Mexico what will happen with my immigration visa petition, how will that affect the future?
Please don't go out if you didn't already until he gets his documents completed if not apply for Avanced parole - it's like a travel document.
What if we are living in separate countries?
I've been watching your video n hadn't subscribed. Common... I've just subscribed to this most educative program.
Does multiple traffic convictions affect your green card interview. I have a US spouse and waiting for interview
Hi! thank you so much for this video.
My husband and I (a DACA recipient) have been married for a year and 6 months, and we were leaving in our own apartment, but my husband lost his job 8 months ago and we had to move in with my parents, and I actually just quit my 12 hour /6 days a week job because it was just too much, my husband is working a seasonal job right now and I'm looking to go back to school.
Your videos are so helpful, thank you so much. 😊
Love the channel!
