Private school children get about 4x the state subsidy per pupil in comparison to state school children thanks to VAT exemption, charity status boosting donations by 20% because of gift aid via the Treasury, private schools don't pay stamp duty on property sales, etc.
State schools will be better off with private school pupils attending them instead of private schools!

I think we are going to have to create a new word to define the Tories of the 2010-20s. It's beyond narcissism, beyond patronising, beyond self-righteousness.
