Suffering from text neck
Day 1: 4:08 PM
I had the most peaceful sleep I can ever remember
Day 2: 4:56 PM
I was aware of my posture 3 or 4 times throughout the day
Day 3: 5:19 PM
Day 4: 5:18 PM
I feel better with my posture
Day 5: 4:09 PM
Day 6: 4:19 PM
Day 7: 1:07 AM
I have started to workout for strengthening my shoulder and neck
Day 8: 4:10 PM
I was sick so skipped exercise
Day 9: 4:14 PM
I will only be using it every Tuesday from today.
My progress is not bad I am more conscious of my posture. I have started exercising seriously. Have tried many times before but failed. I have been sleeping correctly.

Your voice is so compassionate. You have healed from many past bullies in my life.
Have struggled with insomnia my whole life tried everything sleep hygiene, sleeping medication and had numerous sleep studies done and nothing worked. Been using Michaels sleep hypnosis videos and guided meditations for over a year now and rarely ever make it through an entire one without falling asleep. My husband doubted the idea of sleep hypnosis also but is a convert as he is usually fast asleep in 5 minutes with these. Thank you for making my life a whole lot easier now that I can FINALLY sleep :)

I did this was reallly relaxed which is hard for me to do... i was unconscious for the most part only when you said to open the eyes. it still works right? thanks
+Anna Yusiim If you were still listening without actually being asleep, then yes, this will work for you. Sometimes it takes practice to find the best state of relaxation.
I was listening but almost asleep.. kinda in between states which is what usually happens.
Anna Yusiim I’m the same. Sometimes I drift from him a bit and then I tune back into his voice later it’s kind of hard to explain. My brain picks up key points of what he is saying whilst simultaneously drifting and thinking about other , sometimes quite random things or images as I fall asleep. I often (the next morning) do not remember the video’s ending at all. But I do feel a renewed freshness and positivity and energy.
I have trouble with my mind wanting to wonder why is that?
