Ok we could handle cool, but we could not handle this cool…love it!
Adobe Photoshop oh wow hi photoshop
Hey photoshop, why should we rent Photoshop and Own it for ever.
Thank you for stopping by our channel showing love it really means a lot! Watched a few of your videos; you are truly amazing!!
Wait, you had contact with him?
Love the way you talk through your videos, easy to follow and understand
Missing these tutorials, take it easy we will be here!
Another trick I like to add as the top layer is, Gradient Map set to Noise (5%) or so and use the randomizer. You also have to separate the white and charcoal taps in the Layer properties. (Alt -click) and drag each half to the opposite side)
Man I was up last night until something like 2 AM just watching your past tutorials and I gotta say - I genuinely think you're the best out there. Yeah other youtubers have good tutorials, but you? You're in a completely different category Nathaniel! You're fast but concise and I think your tutorials are not always suited for beginners (because they're so fast, so it's almost like you expect us to know a lot of things to follow your tempo - which is good!) and I love your personality and remarks, you're totally the kind of guy I could share a good laugh with. Pleeeeaaaaase continue doing these tuts. I have to admit I don't know why you're teaching us all this epic stuff for free (because you could definitely sell these videos), but I am hugely thankful for it. I have a small child and probably couldn't afford it if you were selling tutorials (but think about it for the future, I want you to be rich, happy and teaching us for years to come :D ). THANK YOU!
This is one of the kindest comments ever. Thank you so much. DM me on Instagram and I'll send you a free shirt.
Hey, Nathaniel missing your tutorials, have you been busy with jobs.? I have improved in all areas because of you and your tutorials can't thank you enough, I'm very grateful Cheers jamie
Beautiful outcome all in all.. even an old horse can learn new tricks.. thanks man
Glad you are back!
come back Nathan !! we love your tutorials !!
As usual, your tutorials are always easiest way to do things and best explained. Thank you!!
I can't believe you do this for free
Always love your videos. Very helpful, great techniques and always the first channel I check for new inspiration.

He's busy with upgrading his studio and moving into new house. He has been working on new videos and will be back soon. 😊

Thanks for watching!
We are missing you!
Hey
why are you not make a vedio
Please continue making s vedio
Awesome job.
Thanks, EasyP!
Hello Nathaniel Dodson
Why are you not posting adobe Xd videos anymore?
Great tutorial, question, how do you magnify when you over the mouse on the images without using the zoom tool?
Command space / control space, command alt space for zooming out
How did you decide to convert to B&W with a Channel Mixer adjustment layer for one image, and B&W adjustment with the other? Was there something about the images that indicated one choice vs the other?
No reason in particular. Making a black & white is like choosing pickle from a barrel, sometimes you scope one out before hand, other times you just jump in and grab one.
" Flip Kansas horizontally " xD
Nice bike in background :-)
Great video Thanks
Thanks, Rodney!
where did u find that model?...which website did u download?
I don't know how to use photoshop but I still watched it through.
cool bro i am new subscriber
Thanks
Thank you!
Brother! What happened with you? Go upload! :(
exactly! i think he is DEAD
would you kindly tell me what camera do you use to record your video with this quality and how you record your desktop too with that high quality!
I use the Canon C100 MK II for my primary tutorial camera and I use Screenflow to record my screen.
@@tutvid thank you so much
Amazing
you are the best
Thanks so much!
Hey could you please make a tutorial explaining displacement maps that would really help🤘🤘🙏🙏
Hi, you are not uploading any videos. We are missing you and your awesome tutorials 😔
Edit I got the new layer to work and everything, but there's only one problem, see the feathering didn't do anything to my image, I even checked by turning on and off the layer, but it still didn't look like there was any change in the image.
How to get Adobe certification, could you please share a video to getting the process of Adobe certification?
Hi @tutvid I will really appreciate it if you can do some tutorial on how to retouch black skin
Studio tour please.
Request from Pakistan 🇵🇰
You are awesome ... Thank you ;)
Hi, Can you make this type of challenging effect? I think this can be
your best ever after effects tutorial if you could make this tricky
Apple ad effect.
@
Hey buddy.. Why no videos..???
Your tutorials are great, I've learned much from your series in UA-cam. There's just one detail that maybe you could do something about, when you start your instructions, seems like you always want to get it over and done with because you need to go to the bathroom. No offense meant, just a little humor in my analogy. You're a good instructor, you just need to slow down a bit. thanks for all the tutorials.
what screen recorder are you using?
Hey, I love your tutorials, I have a question about my own channel. Is it allowed to screen record phosotop and mac osx behind for tutorials and commercial used them here, like you do? Thanks
Good work
Thanks, man!
Very Chris Nolan-esque.
I tried this tutorial but when it came to feathering the edges there was a warning saying no pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edge will not be visible and I don't know how to fix it. 7:32
edit: I got the feathering to work, but the new layer didn't come. I don't know how to fix that.
When I add the CameraRAW filter it is all in black and white. And i get no option to change it from monochrome.
how do you do the webcam displaying within photoshop? is it put together in post or is it actually displaying like that? If it is thats a really useful tool... explain please :)
I put it together in post. I size up the Navigation panel, drag in a custom created PNG with new Photoshop "tabs" on it, and then scale the video down and crop it into place.
@@tutvid awesome thanks for getting back to me. I thought as much. Looks great on screen :) keep up the great work.
@@tutvid ur insane x)
how did you find the first protraite photo?
please come back
Come back dude. Get it! Got it? Good!
Hey do you know where he might have gone..? It's been a while and I really miss him
Wondering why the videos suddenly stopped?
Oh man where you at? Hope everything is fine. I miss your videos.
Hey Nate, I have noticed it's been 8 months since your last video. I hope you are doing well?
Still subscribed and no plans to unsub. 😊👍
Hi please tutor me on after effects thanks
wow
Where are you Mr. Dodson? I hope you're doing well.
I am 8 minutes into this video and it's already feeling like too much work for blending the exposure. Never knew it's that tough
You can do it in 30 seconds if you want, or you can spend an hour blending. The beauty of this is you can make it as easy or as perfect as you want
@@tutvid yes. True. I will definitely use this video some day. Great tutorial
bro how are u please upload .i hope ur safe and healthy.please upload bro we miss u
Thank you so much for this. Love
