Categorizing by location DOES work, I'm not saying it doesn't. However, you would need to be specific. There are multiple cat cafes, train stations, nail salons, places to get green tea ice cream and omurice, and etc. Every person prefers a different list. You prefer location. However, it doesn't take much time to just copy and paste this comment into a document and go from there. You would have to do research on these things if you want to go to Japan anyway. Again, I'm not saying that searching by location isn't a good way to do things--because I like to do it too and I know other people would be fine with it too. However, if you want that person to use up their time to reorganize their list based on your preferences...it's not that hard to do it yourself. ^~^ You will get what you want. GoukenslayWAO Actually she does sorta organize the location. When she saids “”when you’re in Shibuya” the next 4 things she mentions is in Shibuya. Like Genki Sushi, Don Quixote, Hachiko Statue, Shibuya Crossing and 109 Mall.
A few I would add: Shinjuku-gyoen Mt. Takao Ebisu baseball game, or other sport sumo, if in season idol show, or other musical performance sort of mentioned, but any traditional performance (kabuki, bunraku, owarai, etc) Ueno Park museums, depending on taste Edo Museum fireworks display (seasonal) Tokyo Dome City area Tsukiji Fish Market Yanesen (Yanaka/Nezu/Sendagi)
@@MrHanuman2499 Not very long... just watching this video at normal pace would take way longer than it took me to write everything out. Then it took a few minutes to organize it a little better.

I highly recommend going to stationary shops like Loft and Tokyu Hands. The shops are available in a lot of places and malls and they are very very entertaining (especially to those who like shopping and are addicted to stationary) Individual shops in Tokyo like Tokyu Hands in Shibuya is humongous and has so many floors each floor has different categories such as stationary , decoration , travel and many more. And a few tips : ~ Travel with Cash. I cannot stress this enough, if you’re going out carrying cash is important especially if you’re going to shrines and traditional places where they don’t accept cards. ~Make time. To fully enjoy your trip, make time for exploring. I recommend to go to 2-4 cities a day IF you can and have time for it since exploring from city to city will be cheaper if you do it in one go. ~ Be careful of keeping track of your next train stop. It will be hard if you get lost in a train station you don’t know. Trust me this is a waste of time and money. And yes, I’ve been there. ~I recommend you to use a mini backpack rather that styling bags IF you’re going shopping. Just make sure that you don’t bring items that are large so that when you shop, small shopping bags will fit in your bagpack. ~Walk and take your time exploring around the cities and streets. Appreciate the beauty and if you can, try your best to get many pictures to remind you of your trip. ~Enjoy. Have fun and Get lost in the crowded streets of Tokyo, Japan. Getting lost may seem very stressful and sometimes it is (when you’re on the train) but make sure you enjoy every single street and place you are able to go to . That’s it ya’ll Enjoy!!!
Uhhhhh any recommendations for living in japan? I found a college in which I am planning to (hopefully) get into that will guarantee a school visa. (Keio university which I heard is easier for you to get into if you are a foreigner.) I know a great chunk of Japanese but I really need tips for going there and living there. Thank you.
@Daenack Dranils Did someone from Tokyo shag your mother? Repeating over and over again thst you’re hurt because people didn’t try to learn your foreign language, is laughable. You were visiting them; it’s up to you know their language if you want to communicate effectively.
@Daenack Dranils Not telling you to do anything. I’m just laughing at you thinking that local people should know YOUR language. If you want to communicate effectively in a foreign country, it should be on you to know their language. There are more than 7000 spoken languages being used today. Yours is only one of them.
In 2019, my daughter and I had the oppportunity to visitJapan. What can I say? The people, the beauty of the built places and natural landscape all made this trip one of the most wonderful and memorable experiences of my life. I want to return.
Finally a video that ACTUALLY shows 100 things to do, instead of pulling most places into like 5 different things (eg listing 5 different arcade machines at one location) awesome job! Seems like i missed a lot of these when I went, need to go back asap!
I have watched hundreds of travel videos to prepare me for my trip to Japan and this video is by far the most informative! This girl really went all out showing the city's recommendations! Thank you very much!
I was surprised at how many of these places and people in your video were familiar to me. Looks like I spend more time watching videos about Japan than I realized.
Wow it must have taken you months to put everything together. Really appreciate the sleepless nights and hard work Kim. Btw what program do you use to edit? Wish you a wonderful day. Greetings from Dubai💖
I've been living in Japan for 2 years and there are still so many things from this list I haven't tried or even heard of! Guess I'll have to explore some more!
1) If you are a foodie and like to cook, go to kappabashi street. You can find all types of pots, pans, knives, and even the fake food samples found in restaurant windows. When I was last in Tokyo, that is what I did. I made fake food. 2) If you are into fashion and make or design your own clothes or even quilt..any type of fabric art, go to Nippori. There is a fabric street. You can find all types of fabric and notions as well like buttons or ribbons.3) If you are a general crafter, go to the store chain Tokyu Hands. 4)There use to be a chain of music stores Here in Chicago and other parts of the USA called Tower Records. Tokyo still has one. There are books and a cafe as well. " No music, No life!".
I can’t wait to go to Japan. Definitely #1 on my list. Since I was little I’ve always been so fascinated by the Japanese culture. I’ll make my way out there one day.
Trust me you will and I hope to meet you there cause I’m planning to go to Japan on my 16 birthday(in one more year) then once I’m 18 I’m moving straight to Japan
I was planning to visit Japan but I got a strange serious sickness which breaks all my blood vessels😢 and I had to quit my job and I started UA-cam... I still have to go to the hospital every single day but I will beat this sickness and I'll visit Japan one day☺️❤️
@@acacia3843 not found yet but ANA is positive and brain damage as well so we are suspecting it might be some kind of autoimmune disease 🤔I will have a big check up on this 17th, I really wish that's not a bad disease 🙏❤️
Thank you for making such a well-made and informative video! I really appreciate all of the effort you put into this and hope that one day I can use it to help me plan a trip to Japan 😊
beautiful weather, very clean, organized, friendly and helpful,( even on the street). great transportation, fantastic food, quiet, and so much to do and see. And last but not least, Bidets even in the malls... LOL.
I can't believe all the effort you put into both of your channels. Thanks for sharing with us all your experiences!! I won't ever stop to enjoy your videos, cuz I can see how passionate you are about making them. Tons of love
Love TOKYO I was there five years ago for one week...and then went on touring around JAPAN 🇯🇵 Beautiful country and beautiful people...I will return someday....
1. Go to Daimaru mall to get really good , affordable clothes and accessories . 2. Go to Sea paradise which is a amusement park which is a separate Island. 3. Get lost in the Metro train subway. 4. Shop electronics in Akiabara.

Worth checking out if you're travelling :) From a British guy living in Hiroshima.
Going to japan in October. I honestly thought id visit like 1 or 2 stores and basically waste my time. Now i have so many things i wanna try that i dont think my 2 weeks are gonna be long enough! Thanks!
Wow thank you! Coming here from TOP DE IMPACTO has been amazing after all, I always had been interested in travel to Japan! Your tips are the best! Thank you for the work you did with this content! Good vibes!
I have done everything mentioned in this video as i have been living in Japan for 10 years now. Well a really nice video for tourists. I recommend everyone to watch this video to get to know more about Japan.
Yes thank you! This video was very well needed, I was just thinking on making a list of things to go and see if I ever go to Japan! What a coincidence.
Japan is my dream destination! I'm sure when I grow up I'll visit Tokyo for sure and saving this video because I don't need to research on my own after watching this!! Thanks a lot 🥺🥺❤️❤️
Brittany Escobar she already has a "50 things to do im Osaka" if you wanna check that out, not sure if shell make a "100 things" since it might repeat some stuff
I'm going to Tokyo on June this year. I can't wait for it. I just can imagine what great things Tokyo have to offer. This is very useful video because I can now plan more about the things I'm going to do during my visit in Tokyo. With best regards a travel addict from Helsinki, Finland =)
Kameko Miyamora Your interests are similar to mine lol. That’s actually a good idea though. One cool thing is, there are 2 Japanese study abroad students attending my university and we have become good friends. They both offered to show me cool places when I come visit. This will also help with the overwhelming number of things that I want to do
lol 10min of the video I think i need to grab a pen and a note book xD great job it is an amazing video, it is the best compare to the other video i have watch on youtube.
Hello dear thank you for excuse our friend from "top de impacto". I'll be learning Japanise thanks to your help. I'm very enthusiastic to see your videos.
Kim!! This is one of the best vids you’ve made to date!!! I can only imagine the time it took to create and put this together! 🙃 Thanks for all of the ideas for my Japan trip!!! 💕
I am so excited to watch this! Before we went to Japan last year your guides are one of the videos I watched and it helped tremendously so I know that this epic video will help me again in planning our trip this year. Thank you, thank you. I don't think my thank you is enough, but thank you so much!!! ❤
Whoaa, watch this vlog, make me wanna back to Japan again T.T such a beautiful country to explore. And also big applause for your effort to make this enjoyable video. It is really helpful for the people who are planning to go to Japan. Nice quality shoot too ^^
@@alliexcx5576 moving to japan is actually alot harder then you think thats why my mum left because its hard to keep a sustainable job and stuff thats why its better off as just a tourist destination so ye xD
thats stupid. japan isnt all fun stuff. it has an insane overwork culture, they are extremely introverted, if youre a foreigner then you will most likely end up with 0 friends, it's expensive, getting a job is difficult for the most part, you would also need to learn japanese (which is difficult), etc. before u make serious claims, research it.
I came from the "Tops de impacto" channel by Gabriel Bulgar, he tell us you are very nice, so i wlll give like to the video and suscribe to your chanell , greetings =D...pd. After whacht the video....your channel it´s amazing, great job!!
This is epic!! All the masterpieces you've shot got beautifully collected in one video. This is a bible you must check before your trip to Tokyo. In addition, we could probably add Edo-Tokyo Museum and Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum which I think they are essential to go visit.
Thank you for sharing the good points of Japan to the world. I am very happy as a Japanese. 🥰I love you guys.I'm using an interpreter so I'm sorry if I make a mistake😅
I’ve watched this video so many times I love it! if anyone’s planning on going to japan next year, i started uploading japan vlogs! some of the places i went were inspired by Kim 🥰💕
I have watched this amazing video for like 20 times and I still always get so excited when it starts. Thank u for all the effort you have put into this masterpiece💕💕 with love from Finland
hey kim! i have grew up in japan and lived there for 12 years. i can easily say that this is an amazing, jaw-dropping video because of the amount of content! it contains literally everything i would take my friends to when they visited! must've taken you a lot of time and effort (and money ahhaha) to put it together! amazinggg! i would definately recommend odaiba to everyone (that was where i lived, so a little prejudiced ahahha) and hotel new otani. new otani has a japanese garden right in the heart of the city, with a waterfall, momiji trees and koi. there is a cafe in the hotel which looks out to the japanese garden. amazing place :)
You asked if all the work and time you invested in making your video had been worth the effort Miss. The answer is absolutely YES! You have given us lots of interesting information and lots of useful informatiion too. Thank you very much fir entertaining and educating us. Blessings and peace

I am a travel blogger but never been to Japan. Flicking through UA-cam for ideas for after Covid-19 and this is the best video for Tokyo. There is soooo much to do there. I think I need a week now! Thank you for making this vlog! Stay safe. Will be checking out more of your material later on. :)
100 things! I can see the host has passion about Japan. The best thing I recommend for Tokyo is going to Sushiro Conveyor Belt Sushi Chain, cheap sushi!
THANK GOD U MADE THIS VIDEO! Its been my life dream to go to japan and Im leaving for 2 weeks to japan in like a week and now i can fufill 100 things! Thx!!
Kimdao, I am thinking of so much to say to you, but seeing as how I am on a PlayStation console I will leave it at... Thank you for the amazing content and effort.
A few months ago I went to a 5 day trip to Japan. I was overwhelmed and shocked how awesome to be in both inside and outside of Tokyo. Will come back again and hope I be there a little more longer.
I’m here by Gabriel Bulgako recommendation amazing channel I didn’t know about it. My respect and good vibes for Japan 🇯🇵 a place where History and modern life can coexist together!!!!
I think an extremely awesome place to visit in Yokohama is the marine walk, or Red Brick Warehouse, located near Cosmo World. There are some really good restaurants and shops there, a mall, and boat cruises on the river. Its also extremely dog friendly and you will frequently see pooches there!
I was there yesterday, it's amazing. A busy yet harmonic energy. Way too much to explore, see, eat, shop, etc. Shinjuku isn't that bad if you pay close attention to the signs and train station info of where you're trying to go. Once you touch down, google maps app is pretty legit, just doesn't update as much as I'd like during use. Great video, thanks!

And a few tips :
~ Travel with Cash.
Hey! What do you mean by going to "4 cities a day"? Xou you mean 4 days per city? Like 4 days in Tokio and 4 days in Kyoto?

I've been living in Japan for 2 years and there are still so many things from this list I haven't tried or even heard of! Guess I'll have to explore some more!
Is there anything you would personally recommend that wasn’t mentioned in the video?
Maestra de quimica, there are several Tower Records stores in Tokyo. I know of three, one in Shibuya, one in Shinjuku and one in Akihabara.

I’m coming to Tokyo when I’m done with high school and the places that I will be going to first is TOKYO DISNEYLAND & TOKYO DISNEY SEA 😸🎊 so excited 😆

A few months ago I went to a 5 day trip to Japan. I was overwhelmed and shocked how awesome to be in both inside and outside of Tokyo. Will come back again and hope I be there a little more longer.
Great! I have an 11 day trip in April, and this is so helpful because i had no idea what to do.
I haven't been to Japan. Would love to visit it once when i get the time.
Looks quite clean with friendly people.
If you have the time then there are also other beautiful japanese cities to visit like sapporo, osaka, kyoto, nara, hiroshima, fukuoka and okinawa.
Can’t even begin to imagine the amount of work behind this video! You just earned a new subscriber

My respect and good vibes for Japan 🇯🇵 a place where History and modern life can coexist together!!!!
okay so I'm late by a few years but just a note, that amusement park in Yokohama is literally right next to the cup noodle museum.

I picked up a few things off this list for my second trip in May. 5 years later your video is still very helpful. Love it!
I've been to Tokyo before and I did some of those. *I can't wait to go back to try the rest*
I think an extremely awesome place to visit in Yokohama is the marine walk, or Red Brick Warehouse, located near Cosmo World. There are some really good restaurants and shops there, a mall, and boat cruises on the river. Its also extremely dog friendly and you will frequently see pooches there!
My dream is to travel to Japan, i can't thank you enough for making this video. It's amazing and really informative.
I love the way you make videos Kim . I didn’t realize you were up to 750k subs . Well deserved , keep them coming .I can’t wait till covid is over .
You've done a great job... Really nice places...I LOVE JAPAN!!!🌸🌸🌸
Woah! make me want to go to japan! i hope i will go there someday:) thankyou for the reference btw
Omg ! I am Brazilian 🇧🇷 but I live in Toronto
I hope we can travel next year 😩 Thank you for this video ❤️ I really want to gooooo
