Hi TOKKI. Thanks so much for a great video! Me and my two friends are going to Tokyo in 6 days so this definitely comes in handy! One thing though I think is missing and that's a map of all these 100 things so we can plan well ahead. I went ahead and mapped them out on Google Maps so if you or anyone wants to use this for reference, feel free: www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=126UKuH99MBDRbPn4QiFagp5QOwrXqCc&usp=sharing
Quick question - any Michelin star restaurants that you recommend in Tokyo that are also not over the top in terms of pricing?
omg wow!!! This is incredible, thanks for sharing! ❤️
Oooh Michelin restaurant. There is one that I wanted to try but couldn’t - Chukasoba Ginza Hachigou. It’s a ramen shop with 1 Michelin star ⭐️! It looks incredible, if you get the chance to go, please tell me how it is. ❤️😍
Thanks for that tip, and yes I'll definitely keep you posted if we try that one and any restaurants you haven't mentioned that stand out!
@@withTOKKI Just got back, we covered around half of your list in 5 days and that made our stay in Tokyo so much easier, so thank you so much! Everything was amazing we tried except for one thing, and that is the kibi dango - all 3 of us agreed it's absolutely horrid and barely edible lol. Also the banana smoothie was delicious but the store clerk in the front she was extremely rude to us (and you can see that on their reviews with other customers), so perhaps find a different banana smoothie place to promote? :) Again, thank you so much!! Btw, we did not try the Michelin star restaurant you mentioned but we tried a 3* Michelin called L'Effervescence. Honestly the food was a let down but experience was nice!
lol u simp
Have you been to taiwan? People are actually genuinely friendly and it has good food
I’m going to Japan next week. This is the best video for first timers. I can’t imagine the time it took to compile everything, and I really appreciate the time stamps.
How was it????
Hands down THE BEST travel video I have ever seen.
I can’t imagine how much work you put into this.
I’m going with my wife this coming Spring and was looking for this type of video. Wow. You exceeded all my expectations.
One suggestion, if you do another Tokyo focused video, would you focus a little on the arts and nightlife?
Thanks again!
I’ve been living in Japan for a few years and didn’t even know you could do a lot of these things. Thanks so much sharing! Also... Yay, I’m in the video lol
Loved the colab between you and Tokki.
@Bento_Club TYY, I’m so glad we got to hang out in Tokyo 😍✨ One of my favorite memories this trip.

One day i will explore the railways of Japan!❤
@@withTOKKIthey’re kind if you’re just visiting
But if you live there and are non Japanese the kindness ends
A racist people just look at their demographics and their immigration laws
What airport did you fly from and to? And what was the price? I’m happy with the prices I can find now but wonder if there is a way I can get it cheaper so I have more money there.
Love this! Straight to the point and very informative! Can’t wait to go!
separating activities/food by area is suuuuper helpful thank you so much ❤🔥

@@withTOKKI You’re welcome Tokki.
Coming from Canada, can probably take any weather. I’m more concerned if it could gel in God’s own country that I have been dying to go for years.
Am looking at Sapporo/ Hokkaido for a week and about 3-4 days in Tokyo. And your videos are simply a total guide for a city tour. I really wish I could simply be in touch with you while I get immersed in Japan 😊

Japan trip. Let's go to Japan soon! toko channel
I'm from Brazil heading to Tokyo in a month. Normally I don't write comments but this video deserved it a lot. I've been watching a bunch of videos about Tokyo but this one by far was the best I've seen so far. Jotted down a lot of the places you recommended. Thank you very much!
omg thank you so much for your kind words! I would love to visit Brazil, hope you had an amazing trip! What was your fav activity?! 🥹✨
Hello there from Japanese living in Tokyo. I was surprised by how well-organized all of the information and tips were. Good work!! As a local person, I would like to recommend one place for foreign travelers. It is " Golden Gai" in Shinjuku. In this spot, you can enjoy a tons of tiny bars and restaurants in the alleys with nostalgic showa era. Please check it out when you come to Japan next time.
ほんとうにありがとうございます🥹
Thank you for your kind words ❤️ I will definitely check out Golden Gai next time. Thank you for sharing your local approved recommendation. 😍 It is very helpful.
I was surprised Golden Gai wasn't mentioned here, definitley a place worth visiting despite being overly touristic
I keep coming back here while building my itinerary for Japan. Thank you so much and I love your interests like the stationeries - I write to my parents on their birthdays and would love to get some of those cards to send them every year.
I loved reading your comment, thank you so much! Stationary is one of my favorite things and I write letters too! even to my friends, I appreciate hand written messages 🥹🫶🏼 hope you have an amazing trip!!
Thank you
That don from Kaisen Don looks delicious. The editing and script probably took you a long time! Thanks for the hard work
The kaisen don from tsujihan probably makes it to one of my top 3 meals I had this trip. 😍
It took me many… many hours 🤣 I’m so glad you enjoyed it🥰
Omg Tokki! I followed most of ur list here, and spent like wow... but what a memories! Haha thanks alot!
I love that you found the guide helpful 🥹 what was your fav? 🤍
& hehe yeah, traveling can be pricey 🫠 but worth it for the memories ☺️
Those in Tsukiji! Omg the tunas, a5 wagyu are superb! Melting better than those matsusaka's!
good to know ~
I'm glad that you covered museums, because they are one of the first things I run to when visiting a new city or country. I can't wait until the Edo museum reopens.
Yes!!! 🥹❤️ I love that you resonate with museums too! Celebrating history and art is one of my favorite things to do when traveling.
@@withTOKKI I hope that " Husband" enjoys them ( museums, art festivals, puppet shows, ) too, 😜!
🤣❤️
♥️♥️♥️♥️🇯🇵 Love to visit Japan. Watching from Colorado USA 🇺🇸
Ah! Love Colorado. I hope you can visit Japan one day ❤️
Wow this is THE video I will come back to when I plan my next trip! Even after several visits there were still so many things that looked insanely cool but I had never heard of. I like how you have a mix of specific things as well as categories-sometimes you don’t have to go to the number one spot that everyone knows about, and you can just appreciate that it’s a city-wide phenomenon 😀 I learned a lot!
I’m so glad you learned a lot, even though you’ve visited Tokyo before 🥰 there’s a little something for everyone in this video 😍
You’ll have to let me know your new fav experience on your next Tokyo trip 😉
THANKS THIS COOL👍
