    Thanks Hannah, can u do a longer full body strength next time because minus off your warm up and cool down, this pilates is only 33 mins... thanks!

    Your videos and sweet presentation have changed me for the better in so many ways. I love the timer instead of the clock although would you consider making the timer blocks darker or more colorful so they're easier to see? I'm being picky, you are divine!
