You can depart only when the danger is imminent and unavoidable ... To save the vessel feom collision or any accident

For steering and sailing.... Rule no 5 to 10 and rule number 19 . As from rule no 5 to 10 it applies in all conditions of visibility but from rule no. 11 to 18 applies only in sight of one another.
