Sry. Not so. Maybe you’re of scotch heritage and that sounds 👍! There are many southerners of Irish, German descent. I live in the south and we have an IrishTown, and GermanTown where these early settlers once lived. No Scottish Town. Share your sources where you’ve come to this conclusion. 👍
