Boat Ramp Chaos Edgewater Florida Red Snapper Season 2024

July 12th, 2024 I drove by the Edgewater Florida boat ramp here in east central Florida, George Kennedy Park, for opening day of the red snapper season this year. What a nightmare this is. NOAA has really failed the people here. There are non stop red snapper off the central Florida coast for one, two giving the people one day is a joke and dangerous. This is the day fights happen over parking, spots, and mechanical issues. Bad things "can" happen when they cram this season down your throat. Three they show so much favoritism towards the commercial red snapper season. What a joke. Be safe people.
