Aloe Vera and Cold Water Aquaponics

Aloe vera, what a delightfully useful plant! Over the winter my basement aquaponic garden has been working away at rooting some aloe pups for me and I am quite impressed with how well it has done, all things considered ...
There's under a dozen feeder fish still swimming around in the tank, the basement air temperature is more than a little chilly year round and aloe are, after all, something of a tropical plant! Still this little aquaponic garden managed another win for me and there are quite a few more plants to place around my upstairs study. Any thing that ends up with more plants is usually a good thing in my thinking!
