Great video! My husband & I bought a Time Out Deluxe, the largest they make. We are both large peeps and we have plenty of room. We can haul all our needs inside the trailer, on top and in our HD Tri-Glides. We don't have to have breaks on the trailer because the Tri-Glides handle thus trailer vert well. We purchased the "extra room" that Time Out offers, it like another tent attached to the trailer. Not great in 15 mph winds we found out, but the trailer does well. Really recommend this trailer for bikers especially. Sure beats $100+ a night for hotels or cabins. Texas State parks consider it a tent not an rv so we can get into parks tent areas easily. We store items in tubs to haul on the trailer top than put them under the bed on the outside so no need to put inside. Great time!
Fun video, do u prefer this type of camping over a small tent on a cross country tour, due to the weight. I pull a Escapade trailer with a small tent....
Absolutely. A tent is a faster set up & breakdown. I camped in a tent for years. But I’m too old to be sleeping on the ground and you can’t beat having air conditioning when traveling during the summer
One of my hubbies friends bought a ( time out camper). Jarhead Rick loves it!!! he has a KZ tour bike. He says he's never had any problems with it. Even him being 6'3" he had plenty of room.
This is the challenge of this type camping. Trying to manage your weight totals. A/C is 40ish pounds by itself. And you are given GVWR numbers. You can fudge a little like maybe 10%. But that's also part of the fun. Shave a little here and there by what you use. Silicone dishes and utensils, cost more and weigh less. This is the only hobby I know where you can spend thousands to live like the homeless. :-)
I have a GoPro on my helmet and an insta360 x3 on the bike. I highly recommend just sticking with the insta360 and not wasting your money on the GoPro.
That was pretty cool right there

HAHAHAHA I like the fire. That is one heck of a camping trailer I will have to look into these. Thanks for sharing.
Love the campfire 🔥🔥😂😂
I pulled an Escapade cargo trailer with a 1990, and a 1996 Evo. Talk about underpowered, but I did it.
Fun video man! Looks like a hoot!
That trailer is bigger than I thought. You got all kinds of room in there.

I have a question where do you mount the a/c unit while traveling I just bought the same camper
It stays inside the camper. I keep it closer to the hitch.
Hi there, how much does the whole rig weigh with the air conditioner and all? Thank you for your videos!
Empty the camper is like 375lbs .
I carry like 100lbs of gear .
Ok thank you. So 475lbs total including the ac right?

You towed in touring mode?
Yes.
It’s insane that you can tow a trailer, with that many amenities, with your scoot and I can’t do so with my Fiat. 😂
It’s a Goldwing . It can do anything.🤷♂️
