- When I get the opportunity to head up to Altea to ride in the mountains, I'm going to take it!
We drove up from our base in Santa Pola to ride a 150km route on some of the best roads I've ever ridden. I know I say that a lot, but I'm constantly blown away by the epic scenery and terrain that this region has to offer!
Sadly I lost the footage from one of my GoPro's ( SD card issue ) and so lost loads of epic B roll shots, but I've pieced this little edit together the best I can (it would have been mega with the extra footage! ) ...

Meanwhile in the North Pennines - soaking roads, drizzle all morning, headwinds, mud, winter bike with full mudguards & head to toe thermal kit. Suffered like a dog, loved it but would be happy to trade places right now.
Haha... I know that feeling too well. Not many better places to ride in the summer though....
