I feel the bed rooms need tables and chairs, why was a TV not installed in the bathroom, the pool needs a TV on the wall too, I hope the rooms have tv points should have installed a better integrated communications system for a smart home.
The knock on the fridge seems stupid to me, it takes ten times as long as it would to open it with a handle, and she did put her fingerprints on the door when she closed it...

Lovely home I was surprised it didn't have a lift for all those floors. Loved the outdoor space and the kitchen as well even with the neutral template. I wish the bar had been normal table height it would be needing to be changed if it were me buying. Well done Hannah and Tom

Only gripe I would have is an electric or induction cooktop is not the same as a gas cook top at least for proper cooking ; and I hope the kitchen and bathroom vents are ducted to the outside and not recirculating as many do. Lastly , £6M is an obscene amount of money and that can buy you a nice place pretty much anywhere in the world ; although I must admit this one is pretty big considering it’s a capital city . If I had £6 M to spend on a property , yes I would buy it .
I live in a house with three floors. 4 floors, I'd want a lift! My kitchen's on the lower ground and bedroom on top. Lovely, but annoying when you forget something 😄
Maybe it is because I live in a city where over 95% of the homes are stucco (rendering) that I so love brick facades. I just find brick to be gorgeous, and I can't understand why a lovely home like this wasn't made to be more consistent, or at least compatible, with the other homes on the street. If not red brick, then some other color brick, perhaps. Even pebble-dash in richer tones, with the right stone, would have been charming. This home just screams "new money."
The house is very nice, although as always, they ask for a minimum price of one million more. As someone has said, they are missing an elevator. We cannot rest our necks on any of the sofas, which are certainly beautiful, with the consequent pain in the area over time. Although if that marvelous (in every sense) presenter (is her name Hannah?) were included, I would be willing to pay 8 million!😀
Very nice house but no privacy from overlooking neighbours and the public walking past. I bet it’s noisy being on a road junction. Way overpriced for its surroundings and only one car parking space. Outside it’s just as bad. I didn’t realise Fulham was so expensive or is this just fantasy pricing? I wish this kind of video would be more honest with the price.
A truly lovely house. It is a shame the architect did not consider planning for an elevator. Maybe if this staircase was a bit wider, it could squeeze a glass shaft running the full height of it. And a maid's quarters would make sense, as well.
Tom where is the beautiful Jas, we would have enjoyed her walk into one of those glass doors in the basement or telling us about the colours she sees that we nor you don't. Lol
Lovely, well-designed interiors with high-end finishes and appliances (although some of the LED lights look chavvy), but it has no garden, the pool is really a large jacuzzi, the neighbouring houses overlook most of the rooms (5:24, 9:11, 18:05), and there's traffic from two roads. 6 million? Ridiculous.
it’s a bit funny the British consider an ice maker a luxury. My 25 year old Ktichenaid refrigerator at my fishing cabin has one that still works perfectly.
The state of the UK housing market to charge 6 mill for this property which is essentially an end of terrace, on the road house, zero privacy, stairs in front of the front door and fairly average furnishing, tiny garden, all because it’s in Fulham. 😂

Yeah, the lack of a lift is surprising.
It does need a lift and a few sizing tweaks, the bar too tall and the TV needs lowering to prevent chronic neck ache.
