I have also tested my atmos setup few of clips shared by you the expericence is very good. One more clip I want to add which I have tested from movie "Lie"(2018) the scene in near water fall and river flows the sound was very realistic it feels you that you are at that place and one from same movie when a truck passes they try to hide behind the car and truck passing sound starting from the center, left sorround left and also from left ceeling feels like fantastic.

Just for correction: Nolan believes in traditional 5.1 surround sound only & all his films- 4k/1080p blu rays or digital copies are in 5.1 format including the latest Oppenheimer’s international 4K disc. Other 4 choices by you are correct 👍

If you want I can share the contact details of my friend who imports international 4K Blu Rays from UK/USA way cheaper than Amazon. Best part is all 4k discs are region free for your demo purpose. I used to do AV business before Covid but after wrapped it up.

There are too many! First choice is generally of speakers and then you should find appropriate AVR to fit!

If you can mount bookshelves, angle them and are ok with them protruding then go for it 👍🏻

Do not call your relatives and friends! Mine called cops on my 15 lakh investment! 🥲I never called cops on my neighbours when they played 133+dB SPL speakers but my neighbours called cops on 60dB - 100dB near field listening speakers. 😢I never called cops on these people when they played 137+dB SPL horns. I hate it when injustice happens to me.
Oh. That's a bad trouble dude! I hope you sort it out and rather give out first demo to these neighbours only :P
I'm going to invest extra 70000 in sound proofing.
I can't believe I excused my neighbours during their wedding when they played at upto 4am! I was not allowed even during legally allowed time. @@TanmayMehta that too their speakers were Mackie Thump 15, 133+3dB SPL! Which is like 1500+ times louder than mine.
@@TanmayMehtato be honest, I spend money for my entertainment and I have no interest in showing them anything. I close my curtains too. I'm not interested in them. Well, I'm getting 261v as electricity input now too.
Moral of my story: don't tell neighbours, friends etc that you have anything. Otherwise, you will be in my situation. Always keep everything private. I learnt hard way.
My neighbours for few days straight, played their Mackie Thump 15 133+dB SPL speakers for their wedding upto 4am too! I completely allowed it! But they don't allow me during day time. I feel injustice.
I do good but I don't get good back. Makes me feel like injustice Superman.
