- The dumpster where #StephanSterns allegedly discarded #MadelineSoto's belongings is located near the back entrance of their apartment complex. According to investigators, Sterns had to return to the home to get a device that opens the front gate of their gated community, which is guarded by security, after "dropping" Madeline off at school.

The only thing that makes sense to me is, the mom never saw Maddie in am because she was never home. If cops saw Maddie and say they believe she was no longer alive in the car, to me that says they saw her in the car..Stephen wasn't on camera carrying a dead body into a car..I believe somehow she was with him away from her home during the night and he drove w her dead body positioning it as if shecwas sleeping in the car seat, he came to her home grabbed her belongings from mom...gave her some bs LIE she accepted then left threw her things out on camera and left to get rid of her body..there's cameras all over her condo complex, and NOWAY he took her dead body out that CONDO in am and carried her out..they somehow got together during 11pm-7am Sunday to Monday..was Maddie supposed to sleep at grandma's? Or did she really come home see her mom go to bed and sneak out to see Stephen which lead to her death..

Her mum said that in her media statement. After saying she was dropped off at school. Looks like her mum and that man may potentially have prepared their story.
Her mother didn't even take off work to go to her 13th bday party. When it's a little girl, there are certain birthdays that are special to them, and 13 is one of them. If you can't get off work, you move the party to a day you are off. This told me a lot about the mother.
The mother already celebrated with Maddie on the day. The party was put on by family members.
Maddie was not the mothers priority, the sick perverted monster was .
Mom works to provide for her child. This wasn’t her actual birthday so she and mom could have had their special time together right on Thursday, her actual date of birth.

I think the step father made a move on her after the party and she put up a fight. There was a struggle and he killed her.
That’s exactly what I think as well. I think she’s interested in that not at school, everyone is telling her she’s a teen & so grown up, & I think all that made her feel brave enough to tell him if he ever touches her again, she’ll tell or call police. I think he flipped out & choked her to death. I know everyone thinks she’s pregnant, & she could’ve been pregnant, but I’ve just felt from the start she just had enough & said, “hell no!”. I think we forget as adults how some of the big milestone birthdays made us feel like we were all grown up already & knew it all. For me, those important birthdays were 13, 16, 18, & 21 (even though I’ve never been a huge drinker & haven’t drank in decades).

This is total BS! I raised my son by myself, with the help of MY family, he's now 19 y.o., and if I had to work, at our local hospital, I would make his party for a day I could make it. I already had a birthday party for my son right after my shift at the hospital and showed up in my scrubs.
I agree. If mom had said a party her friends had for her that might be a different story. But it was said grandma and aunt and other family (moms family) were there. So super weird mom did not insist it be scheduled when she could join. Especially since her actual birthday was Thursday, they were already scheduling a party later, on a weekend when family was free. Only way it *maybe* makes sense is if this is the kind of family that gets together every single Sunday for dinner and just happen to do cake and presents at the same time when its anyone's birthday and mom & daughter had already done something Thursday, then *maybe* it's not wierd that mom didn't reschedule work. Otherwise, it confirms something is off w Mom and that relationship. It's her only child ffs.

She knew when police first arrived.She made a statement saying she saw Maddie at 8am getting dressed. She would of been separated from that monster when she gave that statement.

More and more I get the feeling this was not planned. This poor girl. I think she finally had enough and told them that she is gonna tell someone about the abuse and they snapped. Thats why he threw away here stuff right in front of that camara and their complex. They freaked after and came up with the story and then quicky tried getting rid of her body. This poor girl for years was living in hell. As a fahter my heart breaks so much for her. If anyone is in her situation please dont wait. Tell someone like a teacher or counselor. Dont wait and dont tell the one is doing it to you. I really hope this mom is charged. No way she didnt know what was going on. Angry and heartbroken. R.I.P. Madeline.
My house is 1800 square feet, two stories and I have a hard time believing looking around here that anything that happened inside my home I wouldn’t know about.

A lot of the charges cover the summer months like June, July so maybe school holidays and mums at work. But yeah you would think she'd feel something was "off" when she got home. I'm sure it affected her daughter's mood and psyche

Pedophiles are very skilled at being manipulative, cunning and secretive. For a working mom, I can see tragedy happening and maybe she suspected odd behaviors or something, but doubtful mom had proof and just ignored it.
As a mom who works 60+ hours a week, I’ve never missed my kid’s birthday nor their parties. I am trying not to judge her but you always make time for your kids. Also why doesn’t she have her dads last name?

Regarding the bio dad, he married someone else when Maddie was a couple months old. One channel reported that Maddie's mother was fifteen when she was pregnant with her. When I mentioned it in a comment someone replied that she had her at age 22.

Especially since we're forcing women to have their babies now, they need to be forced to be the dad for the baby they created, if we're going to force women.
Women shouldn't be the only ones forced to carry a fetus to term and then parent the baby alone.
It's time we start really holding men accountable if we're going to force the outcome of an unplanned pregnancy on women. They may love that child with all their hearts once it's been forced to be born, but that doesn't mean they will be ready. That outcome needs to be forced on men as well.

The party was at the Grandmother's house in Hunters Creek. A mother of one of the friends that attended the party verified it in a post and also said SS was not at the party. However it happened, it happened after the party.
That one was on Thursday, her actual birthday. The Sunday night one was at Kissimee apartment I thought?
Yes! If you look up grandma's name you can find her residence and in the backyard there's a body of water like in the pics of Maddie, near West Creek elementary school

I’m Latina as well and growing up as a girl we were taught boundaries what we could and could not do when it came to males in general regardless if they were relatives, girls were not allowed alone or in men’s company alone.

Stephan was working at Disney as a cast member also up until September 2023, so I would imagine and hope that he was pitching in

After her party at her relative's house Sterns must've taken her to a p.e.d.o party where she was abused and murdered . He drove home with her body propped up in the front seat with her head phone placed on her head . Still asleep , he woke Jen up and said to her he was on his way to drop her off at school and told her to wave to Madeline from the bedroom window . He then tossed her backpack and computer then dumped her body at the behest of the p.e.d.o ring. He nearly gets caught by a passerby motorist so used a flat tyer excuse as a ruse .
It would've been easy to convince already well groomed , used ,desperate for love, and gaslit Jen that he dropped her off at a church .
Madeline's phone was deliberately left home the night before by Sterns as not to PING the location of the p.e.d.o party - IMO .

I agree with you. One of the details that baffles me is for what purpose would he return to the apartment complex with the deceased child. We know he isn't bright because he discarded her belongings in front of the surveillance camera. But the reason behind driving the body to the complex escapes me.
That's what I'm having trouble with. Why was he driving around with her in the car? Did he load her up in the car in the garage, threw her stuff out, drove to school or near it to get the license plate read, then back to the house? What? So was she in the house dead or in the car dead before he left the house to throw her stuff away?
The thing is that (as the Sheriff announced) Madeline was found wearing the clothes described by her mother, not the dress she wore at the party. It suggests that she did make it home that night.

What was he doing with her between 8:19 am when he drove back into the complex with her, and 1:20 pm, when he was seen changing a tire, at the spot she was found? I ALSO wonder what time he drove OUT of the complex after the time of 8:19 am ..(when he had driven back in) .

My gutt feeling was perhaps the girl confronted the mother over the situation or perhaps may have even said she was pregnant and the mother lost it committed the murder. Boyfriend covered it because she had history on him.

well im gonna tell you what i believe happened, and what i think ultimately caused her death. i believe stephan got her pregnant and panicked leading him to snap ending in the death of this child. in my opinion she looks pregnant in that birthday party picture

Is it strange that the mother keeps referring to her daughter as 'she' instead of her name, I mean maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it seems like she's distancing herself from Maddie. Also, if you're doing a TV interview to help raise awareness for your missing 13 year old daughter, whom at that time you think has been taken/kidnapped, wouldn't you be shouting her name multiple times within the interview??!
She didn't even physically describe her child during the interview. Even if the TV station was to show her photo, a desperate parent still will describe their child.

How did authorities know to go to the location of her body?
Someone called in to the Sheriff's Dept that they had seen a car resembling his changing a flat tire.
Someone reported seeing a man changing a tire on a Lincoln MKZ - matched the described of his car… they went to that area and found her across the road from where the car was spotted

Probably the time of death estimate shows that she would've been deceased already at that time, or possibly they know because the crime scene is not the car nor the place he dumped her.

My understanding was that there were 2 separate birthday party's for her 1) Blue Streamer with Blue Dress at her grandmother's earlier in the day ....then 2) According to Stephan said in interview ..he said " Here" she had a party at her home where Madeline is wearing Black Sweatshirt with 2 presents and cake??!!!
Her birthday was the 22nd I believe, and there was a small celebration at their home in Kissimmee. The party was on the following Sunday at the Grandmother's house in Hunters Creek.
I think the party at her grandmother’s house was not on her actual birthday. Maybe the pics in the sweatshirt were from the actual day, which was at least a few days before
I thought SS lived with his parents not with Jen. Jen’s mom even said Jen called him to come & take Maddie to school, because she was tired.
