I was there for the very first live performance of this duet. It was during the Carnival of Madness tour in 2012, at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, TX. It was a complete surprise when Amy came out in the middle of Lzzy's performance, and the crowd went absolutely nuts. The electricity in the air was palpable, and almost everyone had tears in their eyes. I don't know how many of us were completely unaware that we were witnessing rock n' roll history right then. It's still one of the defining moments in music. Definitely the highlight of the entire show that day.

Absolute perfection. A piano, two microphones, and two flawless voices as one. Lzzy's crystaline, and Amy's ethereal, effortlessly moving between accompanying and lead. It simply doesn't get better than this.
They both sound amazing. They have very different voices. Amy's voice is lighter clearer and more classical. Izzy can sound clear or rough but she has serious power behind her voice. They are both wonderful and what a beautiful song.
Love how the crowd starts losing it when Amy walks out and then as soon as she started singing they immediately shut up so as not to miss a second of this magic.
As a fan of Ev and Amy since I was 10, and a brand new Halestorm fan, I have to say this is absolute perfection. I wish people would stop pitting them against each other. It's so hard for female musicians to get taken seriously, especially in the rock genre. There's enough fame and talent for both of them in the music world. Don't be defensive! They obviously like each other 😊. Now I just want a studio version of this duet to play at my wedding.

I like Lacuna Coil but they were a bit too hard for me some months ago when I was getting into their discography /I mean the occasional harsh vocals/ but after I got into symphonic metal with Within Temptation and after I go through Xandria and other symphonic metal bands, I will return to them and probably fall in love with them. And I absolutely in lovove and fan of Evanescence and Halestorm - probably they will remain my 2 favourite bands ever! /Halestorm are my 4th band so as I am saying this only after 4 bands, as there are 400 more out there, consider the impact both bands are having on me and my music taste/

Yeah, so this is one of the most beautiful things to ever happen to music. I've had a big ole crush on Amy Lee and her fabulous voice for years and now adding the Lizzy effect is just....wow. Both excellent, powerful and beautiful female voices. They aint hard on the eyes either lol.
I adore both of them and they compliment each other perfectly! Amy can hit all the high notes and has more of a range, but Lizzy is the more soulfull base of the song, though she can hit some high notes too. They harmonize like nothing else! Yeah, so this is one of the most beautiful things to ever happen to music. I've had a big ole crush on Amy Lee and her fabulous voice for years and now adding the Lizzy effect is just....wow. Both excellent, powerful and beautiful female voices. They aint hard on the eyes either lol.
Their harmony is amazing. So beautiful it gives me chills.
Amy was so emotional there. I've never seen her so emotional with someone. She must respect Izzy very much
I adore both of them and they compliment each other perfectly! Amy can hit all the high notes and has more of a range, but Lizzy is the more soulfull base of the song, though she can hit some high notes too. They harmonize like nothing else! I wish they would make a studio version. If only those people would stop screaming! How am I supposed to enjoy it when I can hardly hear it half the time!!!
