@@mariosoeri1730 you mean how to put hand wraps on? I had a plan to do a demonstration using Thai kick pads but I've got flu and my friends done his back in! As soon as we're both okay will do it as it's been on plan for a long time now
I am Planning to buy Twins As well but a lace up are those 10oz Fit you well with a hand wraps?? whats your handcircumference and weight??? mine is 8 and I am 68-70kg
@@erueru212 right measured my hand. apologies for delay in reply (been unwell this week). My hand circumference is 10in. 8 oz with the wraps on is a tight snug fit. 10oz gloves with the wraps on has plenty of space. Hope this helps bro :)

If it's not twins I think you're probably safer getting the 10oz gloves as 10oz is the general standard in most thai boxing clubs 👍

I'll try to measure my hand. I'm 5 11, 14 stones. Quite well built 43in chest, 16in neck if that helps!? Lol 👍
