    Andrew has this singular ability to build genuine relationships with people by challenging them to think differently and truly considering why they have their point of view. He’s truly a thoughtful person.

      The reason I think he’s so good at it, is because he genuinely seems to care about them and the thoughts they have. He asks people questions that push their own belief, but it only ever feels like he’s trying to learn, not like he’s trying to discredit. It’s a very fine line and he walks it incredibly well. God knows I hope he continues to build a following and run for prez again in the future

      Notice how Andrew Yang doesn't attack Trump? He is a highly intelligent individual who isn't biased by brainwashing! Andrew Yang stays on track with his message! How can we make life better for everyone without falling into bias and partisanship! How can we make poverty disappear? How can we make sure that only American citizens and legal aliens get money? Andrew Yang asks all the good smart law abiding questions and finds solutions for who deserves it! He was the only other candidate together with Tulsi who ran for President to help people! They did not run to beat Trump because they have solid morals and have the interest of Americans at heart!

      Not really bc Yang is totally on board with the DNC. It may be his political naivete, but it presents as a Comey move that is the only negative I see in him.

    • @gordthor5351
      @gordthor5351 4 роки тому +18

      @@icytime1416 Yang is far from naive when it comes to knowing how people work and how important that is to solving the big problems. Yang could do what has failed repeatedly in the past, to no avail, but he isn't the type to waste time on failed methods. I like Bernie, but his methods have caused people to work against the goal. AOC was bad for this too, but she is super smart and seems to be cluing in to Yang's approach. Yang is "totally on board for progress", not for the DNC, but he is more than intelligent enough to realize that he must effect change through the current system (DNC). I know it is hard for many people to understand, but change can only happen if it starts within the system. Think about it, the system in place isn't just going to walk away and let the new kid on the block have free run. Yang is a master at appealing to the good in people, where he can create enough change, which will allow for more drastic change. There is a logical rhyme and reason for everything Yang does. I am the same personality type as Yang and he is much smarter than me. He will find the most productive manner in which to move forward ASAP. Yang brings out the best in people and if he has to start the progress through Biden's administration, than so be it. The only alternative at this point, is 4 more years of Trump's destruction.
      If you can't look at everything Yang has said and done and realize that he is 100% genuine and for the people, then you are not paying enough attention. You are not the only one. Far too many people have your same mindset regarding the best method to promote progress. Please look deeper, because that mindset is backwards and absolutely detrimental to reaching the goal for progress. Yang is brilliant, yet many people assume they know better than him. We should always question ourselves first, before we question the motives of others. Maybe we are missing something deeper, thus don't understand their methods of approach.

      I had listened to Yang for a whole year at least, during his running for the candidacy of the US presidential election. I woke up to check on him on the Net, before I went to bed, awoke in the middle of the night , several times during the day. it has become my addictive habit. the first thing I did when I reached my phone was look up on Andrew Yang on the web, when he was still in his race. I m still mad he dropped out. I thought it was too soon, as unknowns should considered, like the health of other candidates, their dirty laundry be out in the light, covid19 has happened to be one of them. I still think Andrew Yang deserves a shot at the presidency. his opposition comes from him being perceived as a socialist. I know socialism has no place in America. he should make it clear enough about him promoting socialist ideas. by saying the dichotomy between capitalism and socialism is only ideological, out of date, , ubi is capitalism that does not start with zero seems insufficient.
      since I just like to listen to Yang, I think he may simply devote himself to his podcast and forget about running for any public office again. haha.

Her neighbor corroborates her story, there is that Larry King interview, and those court documents also corroborate it. How Joe acts around women is also concerning. Considering how Tara was treated by the media is it any surprise that more people haven't come forward? It's not an easy thing to accuse even a regular guy, it's a near impossible ask to accuse a former VP.

      Yeah its a bit dismissive for sure but we have got dealt the options we have. In this hyper partisan environment you have to pick a side and its between one who has 25+ allegations against him or less than 10 allegations against him. I dont like the choice one bit but we dont have any other choice right? I think Justin Amash is a possible alternative cause he will take from both Trump and Biden but he wont be able to take enough to declare a majority of votes, especially with the electoral college.

      @@chrismath97 I agree but the strategy here needs to take into account that all this would be brought up anyway in the general. In order to have the conversation about who is the "lesser evil", we have to avoid the "meetoo coverup" conversation that will suck up all the oxygen. If Democrats can show that there is no double standard in how they handle one of their own then all that will be left to talk about are the accusations themselves, which would put Trump at a disadvantage. Truth is, what would help Joe's chances of winning the most is him coming forward with a confession and an apology with a promise that he will do better in the future.

    Please add video asap! It's just so much more engaging to have video, the message will spread so much faster. Thanks Andrew and Sam and your respective teams!

    I like how Sam is basically interviewing Andrew and picking his brain on his own podcast haha

      To be fair, I’m pretty sure Sam was actually interviewing Andrew for his “Making Sense” podcast. They mutually agreed beforehand that Andrew could air the interview on “his” podcast as though it was his own episode. Point being, the reason it sounds like Sam is interviewing Andrew on Yang’s podcast is because Sam was in fact interviewing Andrew on Making Sense, it was simply “rebranded”.

      A Rogan / Sam / Yang podcast would be incredible.
      Yang is basically the IDW Presidential candidate. It's a bit awesome to see how much impact the ideas of intellectual honestly & enlightenment principles is having. A ripple is no small thing.

      makesmefeellikeatalltree Ageed! I was craving interviews like this during the campaign. Unfortunately he was dealing with introducing himself to the media as well as the public. Hopefully as a result of this podcast and greater public awareness we can get more like this and even deeper in months to come!

    If UBI is implemented for say $2000 per month for every citizen, regardless of income, wouldn't we just end up seeing:
    a) inflation to the point that the $2000 a month is largely irrelevant;
    b) decreased incentive to actually work and a massive percentage of the population contributing nothing to society;
    c) in America, your health insurance is largely provided to citizens by employers...if large % of population isn't working full time and just collecting UBI would that not result in a health insurance crisis?
    I'm in full agreement a massive rethink/overhaul of our current social structure and institutions are needed but have a hard time believing UBI wouldn't result in enormous failure.
