Helicopter Instructor Prep: Normal Takeoff, Normal Landing, and Traffic Pattern

This is an uncut portion of the flight from Boeing Field (KBFI) to Auburn (S50) as I practice my flying, talking, and teaching in preparation for my flight instructor checkride.
It'd been almost a month since my most recent actual training session (smoke from wildfires followed by PNW IMC) so this was part of my "dusting off the cobwebs" flight. You can check out some other segments from this flight as well.

what kind of cameras do you use to record the videos? Like that one on the control panel.

Hello! The camera on the dash is a GoPro Max 360 camera. The other camera is a GoPro Hero 7 Black.
