Excellent review. It's hard to describe the sound quality because sometimes it is subjective. But you are able to describe the sound in a way that is easier to comprehend.
OMG the treble in the CX 300S are almost a return for me, not that bad but a little hard for me little EQ, for me a little rise in 4000Hz and lowering 8000Hz did the trick but the vanilla sound is really ok, dynamic and almos neutral... any cellphone can drive them bt the sound is muddy and harsh for me, use a good quality entry level DAC to get some nice precision

Yes, I have an answer, and this video pretty much sums up that answer. At least where I live (Sweden), you could buy the Momentum and the Cx300s for within that price-range (or maybe even cheaper). Before, and with that I mean maybe 5-10 years ago, I always used the same pair for everyday use and for finer listening-sessions, and spent maybe 180$ instead - and that is my true recommendation, really, to spend more on an even finer pair than any of those I reviewed. That is if you want to spend 100$, or even more ...
No confundir el cx 3.00 con los cx300s, los 300s tienen un ligero énfasis en los graves y agudos la típica firma en V, un poco más que los cx 3.00 También hay que tener en cuenta la elección de la ciliconas por que si no hacen un buen sello no sonarán como deben.
@@Zeegoku1007 El audífono es bueno siempre y cuando uses la silicona o gomas correcta, yo le cambie las gomas por unas jbl que tenia de otros audífonos. Lo que reconozco es que los cx300s están un poco caros por lo que ofrecen. Hay mejores opciones ejm fiio.
Sennheiser should stick to, over head, cans, i ordered the ie300 sent back, sounds great, the cable stinks, the kz iem’s. Can teach sennheiser a thing or 2. lol
Guys! I want to use it for fps games where footsteps are important. Between 200-1000hz and 4-8000hz. Which would be the right choice for this purpose? Thanks...
