for most ppl its not about not wantingnto take care of the child. its about not wanting to pay enough child support that its taking care of the other spouse too

Thank you Jesus ❤️ for this video I came across I am a single mom who lives in another state not employed due to medical diagnosis my daughters father is a truck driver who contracts in Florida and I feel like he is being dishonest in the amount of monies he makes bc with the money he sends me I am struggling this is giving me a boost in confidence to maybe look into some things
Just because you “feel” like he is being dishonest about his income doesn’t mean he is…if it’s a concern then bring him to court where he has to prove what his income is via tax returns, etc.
I can tell you from experience that driving truck does NOT pay a luxurious salary like a lot of people think it does. A lot of truckers are barely making it especially with the prices in fuel that keep increasing.

Educational and interesting about American law
Real estate liens are interesting in California. I had a client who had back child support owning, IRS liens, state equalization. ,(For back taxes owned on a restaurant). We were lucky as they all worked together and agreed to subordinated their liens. And of course the child support lien has to be paid current. Of course I am not an attorney but our title co assisted.

If a Father, who has court ordered physical custody of his child (NY state) and has provided (with proof of allotted funds to the mothers account) monthly payments to the mother, made an agreement with the mother to have the child (infant born Oct 2022) stay in her home, is petitioned by the mother to pay child support, will the prior payments of support be valid towards any possible back pay towards support, pending the child support court date?
Or will any payments or support, time spent with my daughter, not matter because it was not a court ordered agreement prior to her petition?
I live in Florida. The children's father fled to North Carolina. Has not visited the children in 10 year. No calls. No letters. Occasionally hear from his mother but I haven't had a days help and have no idea how to even start. Any tips or suggestions. I'd LOVE to bring him to your program but I'll settle for any advice 😅

So how exactly should people be made to be responsible for their child?
@@DocRobotnikHow about by giving the father custody of his own child? Instead of providing an income stream to the mother and depriving the father of his kids?
@@MagicCarpetRide8669 you realise the default position in most custody hearings is for joint custody, but if one party is working all the time, how are they intending to look after the children?

I think it needs to be looked at more, but it should definitely be there for the parents that aren’t there for the children at all and the parent that is there needs help/ should get help since the other neglectful parent also helped in making the child
So if someone left you with ur child and said she done and walks away… you’re not financially stable or secure..you have to pay for clothes, housing, bed, food and insurance. You make say 40,000/yr have no savings and this baby is less than 5 years old on your doorstep. Mama not helping financially or physically. Who helping you? Family support, maybe. Friends, hmmm might…state not going to help unless you make less than 40,000 in some starts less than 28000 for assistance like food stamps. So child support is for sperm, or egg, donors that refuse to help raise that child or children. I considered it a punishment for absent parents. My ex came to me wanting to get back together I got pregnant and he dismissed me and my child. He has no job on disability so I’m not getting a dime from him. When I ask, I’m literally begging for help. So yes, if he had a job, he would be paying. He’s not disabled he’s lazy playing the system so he doesn’t have to pay.
