Mao Yang I understand your point. But most of these couples never even get a half a season of pure happiness. It’s so frustrating. McSteamy & Little Grey had maybe three episodes before they were torn apart; ditto for Christina and Owen. I gave up after Jackson & April. When couples spend more time broken up than together, with nothing in the middle, viewers get frustrated.

Never realized how badly I needed this video. At first I really agreed with Link on him not being sure about staying with Amelia if the baby wasn’t his, but then I began to see her side to it.
They were so unexpected but grew so naturally... they are so wonderful and such a bright light on the show now. If the writers ruin them, it will be the worst decision in years.
This gave me all the feels! Thank you! I love them together, Amelia is finally in a place to be authentic and Link accepts her as she is! And they’re hot together!!

I hated Owen when Amelia was preg with his kid & she had a miscarriage she was happy cuz she wasn't ready but he still pushed her to try again & she didn't want to then he'd get mad at her cuz she wouldn't. Owen chooses the women he knows doesn't want kids & tries to push kids on them afterwards. He shoulda chosen Teddy sooner maybe he coulda been happy & she wouldn't of cheated.

Before she was on greys she was on the spin-off of greys called Private Practice and her baby was born with a brain condition and died an hour after he was born. That’s the baby that they are referring to on greys. She was NEVER pregnant with Owens baby.

How did they manage to screw this amazing couple???? Their relationship came out of nowhere but it was something new and I never would have paired Amelia and Link. But their chemistry made it work. They both shared similar trauma but they slowly overcame it. Scout's birth changed them both and helped them heal and look forward to the future. Why, why would they screw their relationship up? Jo and Link are kind of a good couple, but nowhere near the caliber that he had with Amelia.

TLDR: I love Amelia, and I definitely sympathize with her (I’m a recovering opioid addict to as well. So it’s nice seeing a flawed character) but she’s also incredibly frustrating & emotionally abusive. (Btw; Sorry for the rant lol) ------ Amelia accusing Link of “gaslighting” is so hypocritical, because she’s _constantly_ gaslighting him. She clearly doesn’t see how incredibly manipulative/emotionally abusive she can be. Especially to her partners. She did it to Owen too! They cuddled in bed together and *she* spoke about their future babies and marriage. She was all for it and even convinced Owen that she was excited about it! Then…the *second* they actually got married, she flipped to feeling the exact opposite about kids & blind-sighted Owen. She even made him out to be the bad guy and made him feel terrible for “pushing” her to have kids…even tho she was the one that convinced him that she definitely wanted kids in the first place! She got his hopes up, crushed them, then had the audacity to get angry when he got upset about her changing her mind. I’ve noticed that whenever she starts to feel even slightly uncomfortable (in any situation) she immediately blames it on her being an addict and/or blames the other person. She NEVER takes accountability for herself and acts like the victim…and I find that so irritating and insulting.

Link and Amelia are so sweet together and I'm so glad it isn't just hooking up anymore. Someone called him McSweety in the comments and I agree - he's just the sweetest and I would die for him. Since Amelia hasn't been with Owen, I've learned how much I could actually like her, especially now that she's found someone who makes her down to earth rather than having to move a million miles an hour.
The writers messed up bad for breaking this couple apart. I stop watching at S17 but i read the description of other episodes, and i can't tell you how shocked i am when I see them putting Link and Jo as a couple. Like what??????
I feel like every couple lost, and now the real life people are in total chaos, nothing in real life feels safe and I just need one thing that feels right and safe and good. I'm still mourning Alex after losing every couple I truly loved. I just really need Amelia and Link to be good and I really want Meredith to be with because they both understand the pain of losing the love of your life and then being brave enough to love again while understanding your heart will always be missing a part of your love and loss. We as real people in real life watching GA and watching chaos in our lives need just one good thing.

How did they manage to screw this amazing couple???? Their relationship came out of nowhere but it was something new and I never would have paired Amelia and Link. But their chemistry made it work. They both shared similar trauma but they slowly overcame it. Scout's birth changed them both and helped them heal and look forward to the future. Why, why would they screw their relationship up? Jo and Link are kind of a good couple, but nowhere near the caliber that he had with Amelia.

Amelia accusing Link of “gaslighting” is so hypocritical, because she’s _constantly_ gaslighting him. She clearly doesn’t see how incredibly manipulative/emotionally abusive she can be. Especially to her partners.
She did it to Owen too! They cuddled in bed together and *she* spoke about their future babies and marriage. She was all for it and even convinced Owen that she was excited about it! Then…the *second* they actually got married, she flipped to feeling the exact opposite about kids & blind-sighted Owen. She even made him out to be the bad guy and made him feel terrible for “pushing” her to have kids…even tho she was the one that convinced him that she definitely wanted kids in the first place! She got his hopes up, crushed them, then had the audacity to get angry when he got upset about her changing her mind.
I’ve noticed that whenever she starts to feel even slightly uncomfortable (in any situation) she immediately blames it on her being an addict and/or blames the other person. She NEVER takes accountability for herself and acts like the victim…and I find that so irritating and insulting.
LITERALLY HOLY SHIT THANK YOU! I looked up, Amelia shepherd being the worst character, hoping to find edits of all the times that she was the worst romantic partner and how she always went behind her partners backs to talk shit about them, speaking about all of her problems with anyone, but the actual person who she should be talking about these problems to. instead all I see is edits or vids of her being the “best” character. She annoys me so much and I hate seeing her on screen because she is the most manipulative and backwards thinking person on the show. yet she walks around acting like everyone else is the problem, not her. it’s so disgusting that people aren’t talking about how she is genuinely the worst fucking character

It started with that little conversation at the Operating board and everytime they spoke there love to each got bigger and bigger😍❤️(I could see it in Amelia's eyes) and now...💁🏽❤️ I really really really hope that the writes are so kind to them especially Amelia, because she really really deserves this. We had enough drama with so many couples, so it's now the time (again, because of Benley) that we have a happy happy couple/family. Who both live until they are are 110 and die peacefully hand in hand next to each other after having an amazing life together with there boy (and maybe more children?😍). And please please dear writers, don't give there baby any diseases (even if it could be possible of link's past but NOOOO, noooo cancer for baby Amelink)❗❗❗

Link and Amelia are so sweet together and I'm so glad it isn't just hooking up anymore. Someone called him McSweety in the comments and I agree - he's just the sweetest and I would die for him. Since Amelia hasn't been with Owen, I've learned how much I could actually like her, especially now that she's found someone who makes her down to earth rather than having to move a million miles an hour.
The writers messed up bad for breaking this couple apart. I stop watching at S17 but i read the description of other episodes, and i can't tell you how shocked i am when I see them putting Link and Jo as a couple. Like what??????
I feel like every couple lost, and now the real life people are in total chaos, nothing in real life feels safe and I just need one thing that feels right and safe and good. I'm still mourning Alex after losing every couple I truly loved. I just really need Amelia and Link to be good and I really want Meredith to be with because they both understand the pain of losing the love of your life and then being brave enough to love again while understanding your heart will always be missing a part of your love and loss. We as real people in real life watching GA and watching chaos in our lives need just one good thing.
