It looks like 3 years since the last comment but I have had the 35 cal for three weeks and shot about 1000 pellets through its and found that the pellets probe hangs and want close with out the magazine in it. What I found was a loose grub screw. I did tighten it but it is still working loose after a 100 shots or so now.
Hello Earnest, Would it be possible if you can talk to Frederick and if possible you can put together a kit to replace screws and rubber seals and gaskets in a kit for the Impact and dreamline series rifles. Your videos are very informative and I know it helps a lot of the Airgun nation out a lot Let me know what you think about my suggestion.
Thank you for all your videos, Ive watched them all for the impact, I have the .25 cal , I'm shooting the 34 gun JSB Heavy I went from 868 FPS to 640 FPS over night With no leaks & the reg reads the same about 140 or so & the power wheel is on high? Ordered the rebuild kit from AOA , my warranty is up. Where should I start ? Also can I send you my gun if need be for repair ? Thanks
VS leak when reg pressure to low, mine leak at 110b -120b so I leave at 140b where it dont leak. if that's not the case your VS seat is dirty or pitted.

I have the 25cal & like you after 100shots everything is loose again, even using loctite

Roy Burkett jr, have stainless less screw kit on ebay, seal kit orderer at FXUSA
my comment might be too late but i would suggest a thru hardened dow pin with a half diameter engagement on the pellet probe

It's leak in any pressure even 200b.
need to inspect the valve sealing surface, in most case it may need resurfacing or replacing
