I started this project in 2016-2017. I was not aware of the size difference when I first started and couldn't come up with a fix. Finally I can finish the shirt! Thank you.

I like the way you made that triangle on the inner side of the sleeves. It makes if very professional. It looks as if I have seen such on TM Lewin shirts...yes so that's very very PRO.

What's wrong with this UA-cam algorithm when talking about clothes it's always showing ways to have everything cropped. How can I find a video that shows how to have a cropped short sleeve shirt into a longer one touching my elbows
Hi absolutely you can increase the size of sleeves as well, just by opening all the Hemming stitches on sleeves and add binder on back for Hemming, so front only keep all open hamming fabric from original fabric, which could give you 2,3 inches increase. I hope this help.
What if my long sleeve shirt has sleeves that are slightly wider than the short sleeve I'm trying to line up with? Will the alteration be too baggy?
Yes it will be baggy, until if you do some fitting on sleeves. Or use any old shirt sleeves as fitting measurements and see how much you needed to take in. I hope that might help.
