Think I've watched this video 8 times and EVERY GUY NEEDS A WOMAN LIKE THIS CHICK 10000% Dude gets alittle OCD and aggravated over nothing.. SHES GOT UR BACK AND SHES ALWAYS RIGHT! And she's got nice calves 😍
Thanks Again for the great video. I really appreciate the honesty when fishing Lake Erie. I thought I was the only one that would have screwed up and bad situations. Somedays that struggle bus is real when fishing. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Melissa!
Thanks for watching! Even the gear I wear gets cumbersome and in the way but I really enjoy the end product. Unfortunaetly, I can't blame the gear as to why I decided to lose 8 fish in a day nevermind a tournament day...lol
@@JOBFishing we all have a tough day buddy it was not til recently at night I actually caught a substantial amount of fish for me (9) with 2 men on board out at cranberry creek. Then the same night that happened I blew up my 70 hp johnson outboard . You win some and you lose some . Sometimes in the same day .
@@JOBFishing I had a day like that a few years ago on Saginaw Bay with crawler harnesses. We lost them all just out of reach of the net. Fish after fish after fish.
That's exactly why I stopped using braid,I rough water I seemed to lose more fish on crawler harnesses, I think my daiwa Accudepth rods where not soft enough, switches back to cranking mono, all good now great vid
The Denali rods that I use have a lot of action and I normally don't have this issue...especially to this extent. Still don't know if it was conditions or I was just having a bad day...lol
@@JOBFishing When we have a big fish on, I always slow the boat down to reduce the pressure on the fish. That has drastically improved my landing ratio on bigger fish. I take my kicker out of gear and just use the TM to keep us moving forward. That and I always back off my drag after I remove the board because the drag needs to be tight to get the board in, but then the fish always make one last run at the boat and if your drag is tight, you will lose a bunch then. Granted, we all lose fish even if we do everything right, so it may have just been one of those days. Who knows. Thanks for posting the video. BTW, your garage is my absolute dream garage.
This was a wild day up there. Weather is always off, but I heard that PA run was some shit on the way back for a few of you that didn’t leave so soon. 😂 Something that isn’t spoken of..
@@JOBFishing What is your thought on line color? Do you think it spooks the Walleye ? My friends are adamant the high vis line scares the Walleye. I saw the line on Melisa's side of boat was clear and it appeared you were doing better on that side. I went out of Cleveland yesterday and the only luck I had was on the high vis yellow running a bandit ( Wonder bread). ended up with 7 total 4 keepers. No fall brawl winner either :(.
Is there a reason why you don’t like using a treble as the trailing hook on your harnesses? I am new to fishing Erie and would really like to know why the harnesses I see never have a treble? Your videos are really helpful and enjoyable to watch!
We love your videos! We just happened upon them tonight. We fish Lake Erie all the time and the Western Basin is our favorite. Just a quick question we notice that you twist the line for the boards. Why do you do this and how do you set it in the release? Thanks!
Great video! I've been looking for a way to keep in-line planer boards organized and off the deck. Can you tell me who makes the rack system that you have and where you got them? Thanks!

Loved your video…love how you do the same thing each time, fighting, landing, resetting…need to develop a plan to use next spring. 😀

Beautiful boat and set up.

Awesome video once again... great to see you fishing in my home waters haha. Trench area I'm assuming great fishing..
Sure is!
@@JOBFishing great spot
That back corner camera looks like a tough obstacle to fish around. But it sure provides a great camera angle! Thanks for sharing the ups and downs.

Switched maxima mono for trolling year around in Lake Erie. Never looked back to any other lines.

@@JOBFishing , I’ve picked up a couple of their Trane models this year. Pretty good affordable alternative Denalis

What kind of landing net do you use? Love all the videos
I use a Stow Master with vinyl replacement net on the LUND and I use Beckman Vinyl nets on Dardevle.
Great job and another great video!
Thank you! Cheers!

My wife and I really enjoyed watching this video together, and are both curious what brand of rod holders you use. Thank you for the content.

I don't tie my own and they are hard to find with treble trailing hooks premade...

Do you always set the hook, while trolling???
Typically I'm releasing the Off Shore Tackle planer board or my Dreamweaver not setting the hook.
How much line do you let out before attaching snap weights?
If you are using the 50+2 method on Precision Trolling app then you would let out 50' then add the 2oz snap weight...
What brand is your in-line planer board storage possibly a Recknrack
