They all look too well kitted up. I remember the Hooligans documentary and most of west ham fans had 'non flashy' clothes but with the odd lacoste cardigan chucked in. In the nick love film it's almost like he had the whole wardrobe left over from 'the business' ( fila tracksuits etc.) and decided everyone should look well decked out. Nice Best Company jacket in the ruck with pompey, though.
Definately mate. A few tops or jackets here and there maybe but every lad with brand spanking new shiny clobber is laughable and looks silly. Its nowhere near realistic.
Spot on . Plus if you watch I.D it's the same , rarity they wearing pure fila or named casuals. This film is too extreme for the clobber looks cartoonish
@@dublinsfaircity what do you think about the original movie then (this one is a remake from Alan Clarke's The Firm (1989) with Gary Oldman playing Bex
@@erin_3569 Original film was excellent bar the ending. What football firm uses a gun to kill a rival? For such a good film i will never understand why they made a big mess of the ending. It's not Bloods and Crips or gang warfare. It's football hooliganism hand to hand violence.
No it isn’t as much as it’s a good film this is proper mid 80s. For a start West Ham Chelsea Leeds Man Utd took as many as 500 lads to away games and more at home. Don’t know so much about England but in Scotland from 83 to 86 Fila Adidas ellesse tacchina diadora Burberry pringle was everywhere and if you didn’t have it you got slagged off. So for me Nick love got it spot on. What he done was moved it from 88 to 84 were the firms had numbers and that’s what they wore.
Paul Anderson is a seriously talented man. Sadly, the film is let down by Calum McNabb. Jay Simpson was a far better Dominic, and he only needed a couple of scenes.
Where you going?!
I’m just going to the pub!
What, with 200 of your mates?
😂😂😂
Is that you Arthur Shelby?
No it is Paul Anderson. I went to Drama School with him at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.

Bit OTT with the tracksuits
Arthur shelby's grandson? 😂
Poor man's Gary Oldman
This was no way near as. Good as the late 80's. The one with Gary Oldham,
Agreed, some of this is embarrassing

Toilet Paper.
